  The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly. It was perfectly adequate for a team stay east of LA. This review is really about the Loop charging stations.I added an account and didn’t see in light gray tiny text that I would be pre-charged $50. Plugged in and spent the night in the space. I was charged activation fee, several $2.00 fees just for parking, and $7.60 for the actual charge. Total charge was $24.10 for the ability to drive 31 miles in my plug in hybrid. So basically I paid 4x as much for a gallon of premium gasoline to drive the distance of 31 miles. I feel ripped off and I will be complaining to Loop about the unfair business practice. So when I returned to the hotel that night, I decided since I’ve already been charged $50, I might as well use that up. Upon plugging in and pairing the spot in the app, I noticed I would be charged an additional $25 activation fee (again in tiny gray text). So now Loop has retained $25.90 that I cannot retrieve/use without additional fees mounting. It’s a total scam. Unless you really, really, really need a boost, DO NOT USE THE CHARGING STATIONS.I think this does reflect poorly on Ayres for allowing this scam on their property and I will be contacting them too. The stay was totally fine if not for the parking lot scam.

  My stay here is always something I look forward to for many reasons I enjoy how the staff is consistently friendly and ready to help, today I met Brien and he was so attentive, sweet and accommodating on chauffeuring my mom and I. He’s so great at what he does and has the best spirit and attitude! The property is stunningly beautiful, rooms and restrooms are consistently clean, and all the staff is sweet. Would reccomend this place to anyone who is staying anywhere near the area, everything is pretty close by with a car and the restaurant options in the area are amazing.

  ⸻Don’t sleep on this hotel.This is a fantastic find with a super convenient location right off the 60 freeway where the 57 meets the 60 — easy on, easy off, no stress.Rooms are spacious, spotless, and well-maintained. The A/C worked flawlessly (huge win), and the room comes equipped with a refrigerator, coffee pot, and a safe. Bonus points for the excellent shower water pressure — details matter.The pool area on the east side of the property is clean and inviting and overlooks a beautifully maintained golf course, which makes it feel far more relaxing and upscale than your typical freeway hotel.EV drivers will appreciate the on-site charging, and parking is plentiful and free — something that’s becoming rare.Service here truly stands out. Every employee we encountered was friendly, helpful, and welcoming — exactly what you want when traveling.And let’s talk about the complimentary breakfast. This wasn’t your typical sad hotel spread. The eggs were real eggs, and the pancakes were genuinely delicious and you can make your own waffles. Boll

  Ample free parking and check in was fast & friendly. Our ground floor room (114) was a pretty standard layout with a king bed, desk & comfortable office chair, refrigerator and coffee maker (not a Keurig). The bath has a tub with high sides and no walk in shower, so if you have mobility issues, make sure they can accommodate you prior to booking.The floor is vinyl, which we prefer along with tile, as it is easy on allergies, etc. One of the negatives is that there are no extra chairs, other than the desk chair, so you are watching TV in the morning sitting on the edge of the bed. The second thing is really strange; we unplugged the hotel coffee maker and plugged in our travel Keurig – then when we made a cup, the lights in the room dimmed like an old prison movie where the condemned prisoner was riding old sparky. Very strange, and makes me question the hotel maintenance.   Excellent hotel. It is clean, comfortable, and offers great services. The breakfast is enjoyable as well. There is plenty of parking available. This hotel provides everything a traveler needs and more, making it suitable for families and business travelers.
