    I will stay again. I need to travel to LA occasionally and searched for a reliable and good enough place to stay. This hotel has adjacency to main attractions in the LA area without the LA price. Costco gas is just around the corner. The room and hotel public areas were clean enough and appearances probably can't get better due to the age of the building and decor. It reminded me of an older, but well maintained office building. Adequate furniture in the room: desk, two chairs, nice and larger mini-fridge. Useful closet space. Slow drain toilet. Hot shower and great water pressure. I really liked that I could open the window for fresh air instead of wall AC. Lighting was a depressing LED blue. We did not use the internet. Underground only parking. It was tight but OK and ample enough. My 7-2" SUV is too tall for the underground parking. My Camry was short enough for the 6' clearance.

    Good continental breakfast but they will not allow you to take it too the room with no exceptions they did not tell me ahead of time The shower on the 3rd floor is cold water long time for it to even get some what warm The spa not working under construction

    Pleasantly surprised. The room was a decent size and I had work space reasonably separated from the bed. Bed was comfortable, room clean. Breakfast was above average for the level of hotel. You have to figure out where restaurants and the like are as none are in the vicinity of the hotel, but they are nearby. Staff was great. Front desk very knowledgeable and considerate. I asked one of the fellows for some extra coffee as I opted to not have daily room service. He brought some up with half and half from the breakfast area. When I offered a tip, he refused and asked me to give it to housekeeping instead. So I did. Enjoyed my stay. Won't hesitate to return.
