The hotel is not in a very good area of Burbank. There wasn't a good choice of restaurants within five miles. Hotel parking was stacked so getting in and out was a hassle. The USB ports and some of the outlets did not function and there wasn't much of a lobby. This hotel was not up to the standards of most Best Western Hotels.

The beds are great, their complimentary breakfast is good, too. The lack of professionalism from the morning staff at the front desk makes me not want to come back here, ever again. They are rude and have no customer service skills.Getting to the hotel was very easy. Not the best area, a bit ghetto.Very clean hotel.Bathrooms are very clean, too.The cleanliness of the place wasn't the issue at all. The front desk people and their attitude is what turned me off.The way they talk to people makes me not want to come back ever again. Why would I want to deal with people's attitudes this early in the day? Not worth it. Great value for the area!

We’ve been staying at this hotel for the past 3 years, whenever we’re in town to visit our son. It’s become our home away from home when in the LA area. Don’t let the outer neighborhood for you… It’s LA;). This hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet inside. Great value for the area! Clean rooms and courteous service. We always enjoy the breakfast experience here… Always good offerings (eggs, meat, yogurt, fresh fruit & grab & go options) in a clean dining area. We appreciate this nice start to our day. Not without problems

Room was clean, and the air conditioner worked fine (important because 111 F). However, TV remote was on or off (no channel or volume control). All four of the USB ports were broken. Wake up call request was not honored, frustrating because I couldn't use phone app because couldn't charge phone (see USB issue)
