    I always choose this hotel because I’m very picky about cleanliness, and this hotel never disappoints.I stayed December 5th through December 7th, 2025 for a leisure trip with my boyfriend. We were actually celebrating his birthday. The rooms are spotless, from the bedroom drapes to the corners of the bathroom. Housekeeping was provided throughout my stay, and I also requested a higher floor, which was fulfilled without any issues.The staff is extremely friendly and always accommodating. A huge shoutout to Oscar, Emy, Enma, and Xiomara.They made check-in an absolute breeze and were helpful and welcoming the entire time.This hotel is conveniently located about 30 minutes from most major areas, including downtown LA and Hollywood. Parking is easy, plentiful, and gated, which is a big plus for me because I like to step outside from time to time and safety is important. There’s also roving security in the parking lot. The beds are comfortable, the rooms are quiet, and overall the stay is always relaxing.
