    Very clean, friendly staff- really good breakfast. Location is very convenient- nothing "nice touristy within walking distance"- you just need to know that.

    This hotel was a great choice because of its central location for our visits to both Santa Monica and Los Angeles. We were about 30 minutes from each, and judging by the Disney fireworks we could see from our window, likely about the same distance from Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm as well.While the immediate area around the hotel wasn’t somewhere I would personally walk around, the secure parking garage helped us feel very safe. Inside, the hotel was clean, well-maintained, and featured modern décor throughout. The staff were professional, friendly, and quick to respond to any requests in a courteous manner.Our room was spacious, including a large bathroom with a walk-in shower and ceiling-mounted rain showerhead. It also featured convenient amenities like a microwave, mini fridge, and a comfortable seating area with a loveseat and chair.Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the attendant was pleasant and attentive. One unique policy we noticed was a sign stating that breakfast items were not allowed to be taken back to guest rooms, with an added charge if discovered — something we had never seen before.Overall, the area was fairly quiet aside from the occasional loud car or motorcycle, which can happen anywhere. We would definitely stay here again on our next LA vacation.

    Customer Service is non existent. I made a mistake and booked the room for the wrong date, which I know is my fault. The hotel got the full price from me and marked me as a "no-show". I reached out to see if they could help me rebook. I wasn't even asking for free room just for a discount so I didn't have pay full price twice for a room I hadn't even stayed in. They would not help me and pass it off to "the manager" who was not available for me to speak to via phone or in-person. I booked somewhere else and it's a shame bc I would've liked to have stayed here in future since I sometimes have to work in this area but they'd rather take $200 just to miss out on thousands from future bookings and groups that I would have been more than happy to recommend stay here if they would have extended ANY customer service to me smh.

    This hotel review is quite unique because from the outside of the hotel you would want to go somewhere else to stay because it's not located in a great area at all. However, once you get in the hotel it's a different experience. THE POSITIVES:- Breakfast was on point daily and there were several items to choose from. They had different entrees daily which was good.- Love the security measures of needing a key card to get up stairs. That made me feel very safe.- The evening front desk staff was attentive and friendly.- The Rooms were a very nice size...lot's of space with a microwave and refrigerator. Loved the seating area within the room-The parking area is gated which is very good due to the area that the hotel is located in.- PARKING WAS COMPLIMENTARY unlike many of the hotels by the airport.The maid service cleaned the rooms daily and made the beds.The 24 hours coffee/tea service was a hit in the lobby.The lobby was beautiful and renovated.The NEGATIVES:-The sink's hot water came out cold or partially warm. I couldn't get hot water to come out of the bathroom sink the whole stay.-The walls in the hotel were very thin and the doors as well. You can hear everything int he hall way and next door to you.-The front desk staff in the morning are not very friendly.-When I turned on the heat, the room fumigated the aroma of urination. You can tell the vents had not been cleaned. I had to spray lysol on the vents and in the room to get that horrific smell out.-The bathroom floors and walls were not clean in my room which was a concern.- The swim pool was small and outside...wouldn't never swim there in that neighborhood.- The rooms are very dated and need renovation desperately.
