Hotel looked old but room was clean

All staff members were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was your standard fare, but the coffee was very good. I am only giving this hotel a three-star rating because it appeared to be quite run down. We had a room with two queen beds, a balcony, and a sitting room. Our room entrance was on the outside, not the interior, which is never my preference. We arrived around 10 PM. Upon entering our room, we were met with a rather strange odor (cleaning agents?) and the lights didn't work from the wall switch. We had to enter dark rooms using the flashlight feature on our phones to locate floor lamp switches. This is not the safest situation for women. The furniture and mattresses looked very old but were clean. The tub/shower also looked extremely beat up. Free parking was very convenient in a garage type setting.

Stayed here for six nights. Hotel was clean and we found the staff extremely friendly and helpful. The location was great, a few minutes walk to the beach and quite a few restaurants nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for proximity to the beach and marina. Hotel was clean, pool (no hot tub) was heated so cool (not hot) but nice (warmed than the ocean nearby!). Small fitness room. Basic breakfast no frills. Room was ok but the echo of footsteps from above was horrible! Work me up as night ( I was on the second floor so the third above me was loud - not guests being rude just walking around). Otherwise staff was pleasant and helpful and parking was easy. I would stay here again (but would ask for a third floor room!)

Beautiful and cozy as the photo shown. Value was good, food quality was beyond expectation, all food items seemed to be carefully chosen to avoid synthetic ingredients which was impressive.
