    Best of the Best!!!

    rating19 Mar 2026

The Beverly Hills Plaza Hotel & Spa is absolutely exquisite! The entire staff have been beyond 5 Star exceptional in every way. My deluxe suite is truly huge and meticulously cleaned every day. Simply press a button from inside your room and maid service will promptly arrive or you can press another button for privacy and you are not disturbed. I have stayed in many fine accommodations over many years of business travel and this is one of the best! I feel the rate was exceptional for such a posh hotel with superb service and amenities. From the pool to the hot tub to the garden pond the place is an oasis from the hustle and bustle but in reality it is in the heart of all the action! Don't forget to indulge in the med spa which I was delighted to visit. They offer a wonderful daily red light treatment at no charge for guests which I loved. Then I enjoyed a spectacular facial from an awesome technician! The entire spa staff are also top notch professionals exuding genuine fun and happiness. The Hotel evokes an old world charm with traditions and values upheld from a bygone era. Orchids and flowers and greenery abound. The coy fish in the pond are mesmerizing. Enjoy!

Wonderful place to stay for business or vacation

    rating17 Jan 2026

I have been staying at the Beverly Hills Plaza since the 1980s, back when it was known as The Comstock. Over the decades, it has remained my preferred hotel in Beverly Hills, primarily for business travel, but also as a welcoming and comfortable home base when friends are in town for special occasions.Throughout my stays, I have consistently booked either the Penthouse Suite, the Plaza Luxury Suite, or the Executive Suite. Each accommodation has always been impressively spacious, impeccably clean, and well prepared upon my arrival. Booking has never been an issue, and one of the hotel’s greatest strengths is its staff—many of whom have been there for decades and provide a level of professionalism, warmth, and continuity that is increasingly rare. The hotel restaurant, Le Petite Café, is simply charming, and the food is consistently excellent. In my experience, it is noticeably better than dining options I have encountered at other well-known Beverly Hills hotels, including the Waldorf Astoria, L’Ermitage Beverly Hills, and the Beverly Hills Wilshire Hotel. For anyone seeking a reasonably priced hotel in the Beverly Hills and Westwood area that offers comfort, quality, and genuine hospitality, I cannot recommend the Beverly Hills Plaza highly enough. In my humble opinion, you simply cannot do better.

    Sadly We Won't Go Back

    rating10 Jan 2026

Our room was apparently at the lowest part of the Hotel and it was raining. On our third night, starting at about 3:00 a.m., a pump outside our window started up. It would pump for 10 to 30 seconds and then make a loud thud noise when it turned off. The pump would have been white noise but it was very loud when it shut off so there was very little sleep after that. In the morning, a small amount of water had come into the room which we cleaned up. The following morning, we walked out of our room to see two plus inches of standing water in front of the room across from us (we were up a couple stairs). We had a family trip to Disneyland so we left very early and got back about 9:00 p.m. The rain had stopped and there was none in the forecast so we weren't concerned about reporting the issues. We didn't want maintenance people in our room while we were out for the day and didn't have time to change rooms so waited until we got back that night to report this to the front desk. There was no manager available at that time so were told to ask for a manager the following morning. We went to our room to find we had no internet, presumably from the rain, but needed some sleep after the difficult night before. Also, unrelated to the rain, the fan in the bathroom was very loud and clearly needed to be replaced. The next morning, I asked to speak to the Manager, Khali, who was on duty. The person at the front desk would not get her. We had stayed at the hotel for four nights and hoped for some kind of concession on our invoice for the sleepless night with the pump outside our window. We went to breakfast and asked to speak to the Manager when we checked out after breakfast. Upon checking out, Khali refused to come out and talk to us. They gave us a $30 credit against our breakfast tab. Really? The front desk lady said repeatedly that we should have reported the problems sooner and they could have helped us. I explained each time that we had to leave early so didn't have time to change rooms and didn't want their staff in our room while we were away for the day. Nonetheless, she stated over and over again that they could have helped us if we had reported the issues in the morning. It is shocking that a nice Hotel would treat guests so poorly after such an experience. We have family living in the building next door and visit often. It is sad that we will need to find another place to stay.

    Spacious comfortable rooms

    rating24 Apr 2025

I stayed in a junior suite, which was a spacious room with nice furniture. Room included a small kitchen area. The shower was amazing. The staff I interacted with were all very friendly. The area is mostly residential so be prepared to walk a ways to get to restaurants, or have a car. It would help to have a car in this area. I walked down to Westwood Village which was maybe 25 minutes. There is a small but well maintained fitness center. The restaurant was good though like everywhere else very expensive. Really enjoyed my stay here and would consider staying again if I'm in the area again.
