  Problem-solving/Efficiency: I had a minor issue packing flowers to take home, but Eliu at reception resolved it quickly and efficiently. He was knowledgeable and provided exceptional customer service. Similarly, Veronica was very helpful during the day; we spent a week here, and she was also very professional and accommodating in our daily interactions.Thank you! Gracias a los dos por todo!   Ok rooms but noise from hall doors is an issue

  Room was small but comfortable. It is basic, but we expected that as this is the Sonder format. The noise was very disturbing. There are hallway doors that constantly slam and if your close to those doors, then it’s an uncomfortable stay.   My husband and I stayed at the Beverly Terrace Hotel for one night as a little anniversary getaway—and a night away from our toddler 😅. This was my first time staying at a Sonder property as a Marriott gold elite guest, but we decided to give it a try, and I’m glad we did.We completed all our registration and check-in details ahead of time, so when we arrived, we already had everything we needed and could just walk straight to our room. The location is tight, so valet parking is the only option, but that’s fine with me since I usually valet anyway.The hotel itself is small but so cute, with a retro-boho vibe. There’s also an Italian restaurant onsite that looked worth checking out if you’re in the mood for a cozy dinner. As with most Sonder properties, the rooms are compact—something I already expected. Our room had just what we needed: a comfortable bed, a small table and chair, a TV, and a clean bathroom. Don’t expect a big tub or sweeping views—this is Beverly Hills, where everything is close together. Our window actually faced someone’s kitchen, which gave us a bit of unexpected morning music when they woke up. I thought it was funny that Sonder provides earplugs—cute touch—but we didn’t end up needing them.We slept like babies after our night out in LA and woke up refreshed. Overall, it was a great stay and a fun first Sonder experience. I’d definitely stay here again and was happy to “test drive” the brand before our upcoming trip to another Sonder property in Nice, France.

  For this price point, the noise level from street is unreasonable. It's hard to sleep without noise cancellation headset.Agree with other reviews about the high level of noise from other guest rooms and the hallway.My room smelled strongly of bleach that would have repelled most people. But I was tired and so I cracked open the window all day. Nit-pick but signage claims that rooftop terrace is open from 8am but on the day I tried to use it at 9am, the door was locked. This is basically a very old motel in a nice location with a decent "shabby chic" renovation.

  Not the best, not the worst.

  The room was incredibly dated. Old curtains. Felt like limited privacy being on the first floor. Walls looked like the headboard had fallen off and was not fixed. One lamp switch did not work. Super thin walls. Everything echoed from the restaurant/courtyard. Bed was comfortable, but amenities were limited. Location is decent.
