    Great Stay Near Universal Studios Thanks to Outstanding Staff

    I stayed at BLVD Hotel and Studios for three days and overall had a pleasant experience. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming — special shoutout to Akib who went above and beyond! If you need any extra assistance during your stay he is your guy! 😊The location is absolutely unbeatable — just minutes away from Universal Studios with plenty of restaurants and a metro station nearby making it super convenient for getting around.However there is definitely room for improvement with the housekeeping department. The second floor hallway had an unpleasant smell and unfortunately our room’s shower floor wasn’t as clean as expected. We also noticed stains on the bed sheets — this alone dropped my rating from a 5 star to a 4 star experience. But when we requested fresh ones Akib personally made sure new sheets were delivered to our room at 11PM — now that’s dedication!Also worth mentioning — the bartender John is an amazing guy who adds a great vibe to the place!Overall a solid 4 star stay with a fantastic location and great staff. With improved housekeeping this place could easily be a 5 star experience!     Dirty, Run-Down, and Poorly Maintained

    Very disappointed with my stay at BLVD Hotel & Studios. There were hairs on the sheets, a spider crawling on the pillows, mold in the bathroom, a roach by the door and the sink would not drain. The old AC left the room humid and uncomfortable, and the pillows were cheap and flat. Overall, the hotel did not feel clean or well maintained, and I would not stay here again.     Spend a little more and find something much nicer

    This hotel is BARELY 2 stars. It was not cheap, especially with their “resort” fee add in & parking (about $60 more than the room rate. Rooms were barely adequately clean, smelled like weed, looks like rummage sale furniture. Not worth the price, which was almost $300. Bed was very comfy, however.     Very close to universal. The rooms are being renovated and the hard work floors are nice.The two drinks with your reservation is a really nice touch and we highly recommend you check out the bar! When you go you will meet a very friendly and helpful bartender named Matt.
