  ⚠️ WARNING: SCAM HOTEL – AVOID AT ALL COSTS!★☆☆☆☆I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel at Bokai Gardens Motel — and I feel obligated to warn others so they don’t get ripped off the way I did.I made a seven-night reservation through Agoda at 7:00 PM, expecting to check in the next morning (not even 12 hours later). Nowhere on the listing did it state that failure to check in before midnight would result in forfeiting your entire stay. That detail was hidden — if it even exists at all.When I showed up at 7:00 AM the next morning, the man at the front desk flat-out told me my reservation was “auto-canceled” because I didn’t arrive before midnight. That was a lie. The reservation remained active and open for several days afterward — I confirmed this with Agoda. He simply refused to honor the booking, refused to let me check in, and refused to refund me. He wanted to keep every cent of my seven-night stay for literally doing nothing.I contacted Agoda immediately and they tried to help me get a refund, but the hotel refused, even after being told directly how unfair and unreasonable the situation was. I even filed a dispute with my credit card company, only to be notified weeks later that the charge is standing. I'm absolutely livid.This is not a misunderstanding — this is deceptive, predatory behavior. The man at the front desk was not reasonable, not helpful, and completely dishonest. There was no customer service, no effort to resolve the situation — just a blatant cash grab.⚠️ BE WARNED:No clear check-in policy stated upfrontZero flexibility, even by a few hoursNo accountability or attempt at fairnessWill keep your money even if you try to resolve it through proper channelsI cannot stress this enough: DO NOT STAY HERE. They will steal your money and then hide behind fake “policies” to justify it. I’ve never been treated this badly by a motel in my life. This place is a scam.

  5 star rooms, 2 star outter structure

  I can say that the rooms are all beautiful, it is like staying at the Hilton. But my reason for 3 stars is that the outter structure of the building can use lots of makeover. It's like pulling up to the monsters home. And the elevator is worse looking then Disneyland haunted house. When the door closes it shakes the entire elevator, I wasn't sure if I should continue on or jump off and take the stairs.but I stayed for the 3 days because it was cheap and the rooms are 5 stars. Oh, the a.c. stays on unless you unplug it and the sound is worse then a Boeing 747.

  My husband and I had a 5-star accommodation experience at Bokai Garden Hotel between May 31 and 4 June 2025.The room we stayed was fully renovated including the bathroom.Prashila at the front desk was so helpful and amazingly efficient. I would highly recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

  This is a bad hotel, dirty towels, bed sheets, old pillows and smell. No fridge, no microwave. Prostitutes are doing business in front of the hotel.Front desk service is ok but keep refused to discuss with manager.The pictures of the hotel posted on web site is not true.I booked 5 nights but stayed only 1 night. I have been waiting for the refund but the hotel manager did not respond at all to email.Not recommend for traveler to stay.

  This hotel now houses anyone and crime rate has gone up here. Do not stay here. This hotel does not care about your safety. Really poor experience and I would not recommend any of my friends to stay here
