    A Nice Small Hotel

    We liked this hotel very much and plan to stay there again. It is clean and well maintained. The rooms are not large but are very comfortable. In the same block as the hotel there is a Portos bakery with outdoor seating and many other restaurants. There is no elevator but we are fit enough to climb stairs and are fine with a bit of exercise. The filtered water dispenser in the lobby was appreciated.

    Disappointed that I didn't take the reviews seriously. The site stated free parking and no one informed me otherwise. My card was charged 8$ for their designated parking. I had to request a second room upon arrival. Very disappointing. I definitely felt out of place even though I was a Glendale resident for over seven years.

    Seriously they do NOT have their own parking lot! Or elevator!Their wifi is also pretty bad but worst of all are the 52 steps up to the rooms, so hmm how to unload a car with nowhere to park nearby.The lot they use for parking is NOT free, and is on another street.

    Terrible experience. They don't have parking, they "partner" with a public parking that is a few blocks and has to be paid separately. The hotel doesn't have elevator and has really long stairs, don't ever think of coming with elderly people or any other physical restriction. The rooms are very small and hot with no cooling system.

    Cutest hotel in an amazing location. Arthur at the front desk welcomed us warmly, helped explain the parking and picked a room on the top floor just as we asked. Seems like an old historic building with loads of charm and warmth. The room is smaller as other reviews have said but it feels right.
