Location

This missionary-style all suite hotel is situated in the entertainment centre of Buena Park. The hotel lies about 2 minutes from Knott's Berry Farm and 8 km from Disney Land.

Facility

55 single rooms and 145 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (no extra charge) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the pool from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is not to be missed. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the indoor pool. Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including beach volleyball, windsurfing, sailing, diving, a gym and massage treatments.

Meals

The hotel includes a bar. A number of specialities await guests in the air-conditioned, non-smoking restaurant. A generous breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.

    Annette (hope I spelled that right), is the sweetest, most helpful, front desk I have experienced. The way she goes out of her way to help accommodate you, make you comfortable, and her laugh is contagious!

    This hotel operates like a scam disguised as hospitality. They charged me for services I never received, and every attempt to resolve it was met with excuses, delays, and outright lies. The room looked nothing like the photos — outdated, dirty, and clearly neglected. Management showed zero accountability and treated me like an inconvenience instead of a paying guest. I’ve stayed in budget motels with more integrity than this place.And here’s the real warning: if they have your credit card on file, they will find a bogus charge to slap onto your bill. I was hit with hidden fees — including a $50 ‘resort fee’ and ‘parking fee’ — from Grand Hotel Buana Park that were never disclosed upfront. It’s a predatory setup designed to squeeze every dollar they can from unsuspecting guests.I strongly urge everyone to check their credit card and bank statements carefully. This hotel counts on people not noticing the extra charges. Avoid this place unless you enjoy being overcharged, ignored, and treated like a walking ATM

    What a mess. With having to wait forever at desk for help. Cobwebs and bugs everywhere (fine for the old Tower of Terror). Getting charged a mystery charge on credit card through clueless manager can't find. Yes, how in the heck is this run by Marriott? Supposedly it's gonna be a Springhill Suites. That's ALOT of renovating. How anyone could rate this excellent is beyond me.

    This is the worst maintain hotel in the world. The service is minus 100, attitude of the front desk night crew is minus 1000. Don't stay here not worth the pain and frustration by thr hotel management . This place show never be park of Marriott Bonvoy. The only reason I booked this as I am a Titanium member with Bonvoy.Fairfield down the street is a better option

    Very dated but I can live with that. This hotel has so many possibilities but falls short for the mold in the bathroom. How difficult is it to spray some bleach on the tile in the tub area? There were no sodas or snacks for purchase in the lobby. The breakfast was cold. That would have been OK but there was no microwave to heat it up. We had to take it to our room to warm it.
