    i booked it on priceline . the ad said they are pet friendly. I got there and they said only dogs are pets. i have 2 parrots and they consider anything other then a dog not a pet. I consider this false advertising. They ripped me off for 330 dollars. they said to call price line for refund. I called. Price line said they would call the manager tomorrow at 2pm and would email me results. I have heard nothing from them . Both Cambria and Price Line ripped me off . I will not do busines with either one because they misrepresent their business. We understand how upsetting it must have been to arrive and find that your pets were not accepted under the property’s pet policy, especially after expecting a pet-friendly stay.The website does not clearly specify that the pet policy applies to dogs only; however, it is indicated with a paw icon to represent pet-friendly accommodations. We understand how this could be confusing, and we are truly sorry for any misunderstanding this may have caused.We regret the experience you had with both the property and the booking process, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

    I guess it was my fault for not checking the reviews before booking but oh my this has to be the worst hotel experience in my entire life. I booked a 2‑night stay through Expedia at this sorry excuse of a hotel and arrived late at night with family and an exhausted baby after driving from the Bay Area. The front desk agent, Miguel, claimed the system was down and repeatedly told us to wait. After 20+ minutes, when I asked for help checking in, Miguel became hostile and told us to find another hotel. When I tried to reason with him, he escalated the situation by calling the police. Once officers arrived, I learned the hotel had actually overbooked and given our room away. Miguel refused to issue a refund, saying it had to be handled through Expedia. I was lucky enough to find another hotel (Sonesta LAX) which Is a way better hotel anyway. So anyone trying to stay at this hotel in the future please be advised this might be your experience. So learn from my mistake and try to avoid this property and their unprofessional behavior and mishandling of reservations.     I was gifted a three night stay at the Cambria hotel LAX in El Segundo California. The bed in room 202 was like sleeping on springsmy back hurt worse when I got out the bed then it did when I got in the bed. It was horrible.     Unprofessional shuttle experience for airport pickup

    They offer parking for non hotel guests. It was easy to find and park at this place. Staff at the hotel were helpful with instructions and guidance. However they took over an hour to pick us up from Airport on a Fri evening. Shuttle from other hotels taking same path did 2 rounds and these people claimed heavy traffic. Very unprofessional act. Save your self hassle and find a better place to park. They are dishonest and unprofessional.     Rooms are clean, the pool area was nice it was cold when we were there but we still swam. We are from Minnesota can handle it a little bette. staff was nice. However it would have been nice to have breakfast included with our stay. Or at least long stays half the time free.
