    This is my second time at the hotel and I had high expectations because the first time was perfect, but now the shower doesn't work and I can't contact the front desk by any number or chat. We are completely left by ourselves

    Worst experience ever, We booked here due to coming back late from Disneyland. We booked online and wasn't told that we had to pay for parking which was $17 he also made us pay a $100 deposit which i paid in cash, we got our room which was 220. I was showering my kids and my older daughter was reaching out towards a chair near a very tall mirror once she pulled the chair the mirror almost fell, Thank god my husband caught it in time. We called the front office and the guy said he was going to come up, We waited 3 mins and he called us saying to come down and his going to upgrade our room. When we went to our new room it was much bigger but the floors were so disgusting and it also had pet hair everywhere. We woke up early to catch breakfast and after making mine, My husband's and kids plate the guy came up to me and said sorry u cant take the food with u. I asked were is the policy and that the other guy in the front desk from last night never stated that, he only told me about the breakfast hours. I told him I was just going to go shower my kids and we will finish our breakfast in the car due to my two smaller kids sleeping my husband was upset because he said the food was cold and just told me to toss it out which I did once we checked out I went to go get my $100 deposit and return the key. The guy that originally told me about the breakfast had told me he's been waiting for me and he is not going to give me my $100 deposit. I told him why he said because we ate the breakfast in the room I told him I did not that we toss it out because it was too cold for us to eat and that he did not say anything to me until after I was done serving the food he had told me I wasted food and that he was going to keep my money and then he blamed us for the mirror in the first room. I told him I just want my $100 deposit and I'm never going to come back here again he told us that he was going to call the cops because my husband told him that he was scamming us and that what he was doing was not okay. He did call the cops and we waited and made a police report which then they made it a civil matter so I did take this to the Business Bureau. Please anybody that decides to come here do not go they will scam you and blame you for things that you didn't even do this is very disappointing

    Worst hotel/motel experience ever! Room construction/renovation going on right next door. Early in the morning! We had 3 small children! Rooms were not cleaned. Floors are not carpeted and dirty! Our grandkids’ feet/socks were filthy! There were 5 of us in the room and they gave us ONE washcloth!

    Very good location! Easy to visit everywhere. And everyone is so friendly! The room is big and clean. We will stay again if we visit LA.

    Scary and rude breakfast lady, uncomfortable beds

    We booked this hotel because we got a good deal on a last minute trip to Disneyland. Next time we will for sure pay extra and stay at a better hotel. Although our room was clean, the beds were horribly uncomfortable. It’s rough coming back from a long day at the park and laying down on a hard bed and PLASTIC pillow. That’s right, the pillows were all plastic. The elevator was broken half the time which was difficult with a stroller on the fourth floor. The front desk staff were always nice but the breakfast lady was horrible. I honestly think she had a problem with me, and I can’t figure out why. I would ask questions in English (I don’t speak Spanish) and she would reply back to me in Spanish. I understand some, but not always enough. Maybe this is why she didn’t like me? She did speak English though, because she spoke English to the front desk staff. Anyways, I asked for a plate for my bagel to which she replied in Spanish that she didn’t have any. I could see the plates, and had just seen her hand a literal stack to another family. I had to eat my bagel on a paper towel while the other family (with the breakfast lady’s permission) proceeded to use an entire loaf of the hotels bread to make lunch sandwiches for their family and pack them up for later. Along with a stack of plates. I watched them do this twice during my stay! The entire loaf of bread! Meanwhile she refused to give me a plate? It was very bizarre. I finally asked the front desk staff if I could have a plate, and the lady came running out to give me some and spoke to the front desk in perfect English that she had been getting one, did I need one or two? One morning right at 9:30 when breakfast was over my daughter was still finishing her cereal. She was sitting there eating watching tv, and the lady came up and shut it off right in my daughters face. She had maybe three bites left, I was obviously cleaning up to leave to the parks, was it necessary for her to shut it off in our faces? We didn’t come on vacation to sit there, we were leaving. It was rude to turn it off in our faces, we didn’t require her very unsubtle hint to leave. If the beds and broken things were not enough for me already not to return, the intimidating treatment from the breakfast lady definitely was!!
