This property is a beachfront hotel located on Laguna Beach's famous Main Beach. Boasting the highest ‘walk score’ out of all of Laguna Beach's hotels, it is steps from the beach, Heisler Park, downtown Laguna with over 100 unique shops, art galleries, and restaurants. Long Beach Municipal Airport is approximately 56 km from the hotel and Los Angeles International Airport is around 81 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 70 rooms and 2 suites, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The 24-hour reception desk makes arrival and departure effortless. Amenities available at the hotel include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services include room service and a laundry service. Bicycle storage is available to guests. Rooms

    Beautiful Setting + Great Customer Service

    My parents had a wonderful two night stay at Casa Loma to celebrate my dad's birthday and anniversary, and they loved it. Beautiful setting right on the water, and the front desk staff is so kind. Maria helped me make sure there was a lovely spread of wine and truffles for them upon their arrival to help make their stay feel even more special. Amazing customer service and a beautiful hotel!

    We had a fabulous stay at Casa Loma. Its location is excellent for getting around and cleverly linked to the beach walkways which were beautiful. Real beach vibe and simply done out. Young girls at the reception, were always helpful when we needed anything. A shout out to house keeping who kept our rooms beautifully. Bedrooms were spacious and also really well thought out. Swimming pool did get rather busy at times. But in all a lovely friendly and very pretty hotel which made it very difficult to come home!!

    Terrible hotel based on new policies.Check in was 4:30Even though room was ready, wanted to charge me extra $ 50 for early check in as I got there at 11:45Outside parking which was always free was now $ 70.Extra fees like "resort fee" was not included when you booked on lineEnded up leaving and getting a different hotelHave stayed at this hotel many many times over the years, but no more as they have joined the club of "Excessive Greed" Christopher Wylie, General Manager at Casa Loma Beach Hotel, responded to this review Michael,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and for being a longtime returning guest of the hotel.     Design details and relaxation worth the getaway

    Management made my midweek bday feel so special. From the moment we walked into our room the ATN to detail and design are off the charts. The ocean view rooms and location is top notch and every corner of this redesign is worth a visit. It’s a mood, but not pretentious. The relaxing walks to the clean beach out front is worth it.
