  I have a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was very spacious, it was clean and comfortable. Front Desk Agent Ms. Raina Williams was very professional and patient with my team during the check in process. She always provided stellar customer service and continued to follow up with me throughout my stay. I highly recommend for everyone to stay at this location.   We really enjoyed our stay here! Short distance to century city mall and walking distance to Ralph’s; which was helpful to pick up last minute items. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Extra plus was having valet service and the valet employees were also super helpful and kind. Great place to stay for a few days!   Tell you what, I’ve had some rough hotel experiences in my life. Wife and I stayed at a La Quinta in Texas one night and watched Amarillo PD do a felony stop in the parking lot as we were checking in. Found a still-drying bloodstain on the carpet of my room at a hotel in Philly one time, too. I could go on and on. But at least I could get a little sleep at those places. Traffic noise in my room was so loud I might as well have been trying to sleep out on the sidewalk. Asked the clerk if the noise was that bad at every room in the hotel, he was noncommittal.A/C didn’t work in my room. I tried to suffer through for the first night, but it was awful. During the next day, it was 62 degrees outside, and 78 degrees in my room. I was actively sweating. Even if I wanted to open the windows and endure more road noise to get a breeze, the windows were sealed shut. Called the front desk and reported that the AC was down. Maintenance eventually showed up, verified it wasn’t working , and plonked a $30 Walmart fan on the floor. Guess that’s what $219 a night gets you. He said that the front desk would call me about switching rooms. I waited for over two hours. No call, no updates. I’d had enough. I’d been awake for the better part of 36 hours, I was miserably hot, and no one seemed to give much of a damn. Packed up and left without spending the second night I’d already paid for. Did what I should’ve done in the first place. Hit the Hilton in Culver City. Made my drive to my appointment a half hour longer, but well worth the time in exchange for great sleep and working climate control. Your description of the heat and discomfort you endured, particularly in the absence of timely assistance or a room change, is unacceptable and not representative of the standard we aim to provide.It's clear from your review that not only did our initial response fall short, but the lack of communication and follow-up further impacted your experience. That’s something we take seriously. Your comfort and satisfaction should never be compromised, and I’m very sorry that we failed to deliver even the minimum support you should have received as our guest.Please know that we are addressing this situation internally. We are currently reviewing our HVAC maintenance procedures, retraining our front desk team on timely guest communication, and evaluating how we can ensure room readiness and proper issue resolution especially when a guest is already in distress.While we recognize we cannot undo your experience, we would be grateful for the opportunity to make things right should your travels ever bring you back to the area.
