  The property was very nice quite a change from our previous states in the area at the Big chain hotels. I like the experience here at Chase as it was more low key and the rooms for spacious. We got a great rate on the room. The Continental breakfast was just as you’d expect. The room is nothing fancy, but very comfortable bed and bath areas.   Nice location, easy to find. Friendly front desk associate, who clearly explained how to get to my room. Room was very clean and comfortable. Happy hour and breakfast food/drink was delish! Also close to Whole Foods and Mendocino Farms sandwich shop!   Excellent Stay!

  Due to a family emergency I ended up staying at this hotel for 8 nites. Originally I only booked for a couple of nites but due to health problem with a sibling I stayed 8. This hotel treated me so well. Everyone who worked at the front desk was so pleasant and went out of the way to help me. The hotel was very busy and I needed to extend my stay 2 different times. They did everything they could to help me have a room as long as I needed. I thought for sure I was going to have to move and change rooms but again they could see how stressed and exhausted I was at the end of the day and did everything to accommodate me. Also the housekeeping staff was excellent. The rooms were cleaned everyday and they always worked around my schedule. The breakfast was delicious...they had a person making omelettes and a very nice group of people keeping the buffet well stocked and the tables bussed. Its been a long time since I stayed somewhere with such a helpful staff. The property is next to a great shopping mall with many stores and restaurants. The rooms are large and beds good. The decor of the rooms was fine, probably will be getting a refresh soon but the were clean and nice. The atrium area was bright and cheery. Will be back soon!   We were late in checking in, but called to let them know and they were so gracious and welcomed us in. The suite was clean and well stocked.
