    I went with my dad here for a trip. not great. the first room we got had stains on the pillow and in the bathroom there was a hole in the wall. we got a new room and there were stains on the ground and no shower curtain. my dad called the hotel an "old school hotel". also this area is a tiny bit shady. the shower is weak and idk if this might be bad to you or not but the shampoo came in packets. but I can live in it and my xbox 360 hooked up to the tv so that was nice. I was able to smell, and no smell. air conditioning is good.

    Excellent service at breakfast time from kuldeep and mubeena....i was not at time ...i got late but kuldeep sir arranged everything there ....from our hospitality nd the chef was also cool and the atmosphere was cool

    Satisfactory Performance in Restaurant. Restaurant Behaviour really Good. Excellent attitude serve by Mr. Kuldeep and Ms Mumbeana. Food Quality really excellent Room are average. Washroom also not cleaned properly

    Best service and also is too good sensitive breakfast and hospitality and also way of talk is too good namely mubeena mehak is doing i think hard work to do best this hotel I never seen this type of waiter in any hotel at jammu

    The Place Is A Dump

    The bed was broken; the bathroom was dirty; the carpeting was ripped exposing gross floor underneath; and no one came to clean my room unless I made multiple requests that same day. Drug addicts hang about the premises early mornings also. Most guests seemed to be homeless LA residents.
