    🚨 1 STAR – Health Hazard + Safety Concern – Avoid at All Costs 🚨

    I don’t even know where to begin. This was easily one of the most uncomfortable and concerning hotel experiences I’ve ever had.Check-in was normal, nothing out of the ordinary. I specifically booked this place because the in-room jacuzzi looked appealing in the photos. That’s where anything remotely positive ends.Around 11 PM, multiple men claiming to be hotel management started aggressively banging on my door, yelling for me to open it. No phone call. No warning. No professionalism whatsoever. Just pounding on the door late at night.I was completely caught off guard, had to throw a towel on, and ask what they wanted through the door. They insisted I open up immediately. When I did, they attempted to enter the room without proper consent, claiming there was a “water leak.”Here’s the problem: • My room was in a unique location with no rooms above or below • I was simply using the jacuzzi as intended • There was zero evidence of floodingThe situation felt completely off. Multiple men showing up unannounced late at night, pushing to get inside the room? That’s not just unprofessional — that’s a serious safety concern.I told them clearly: this is not how you handle a situation like this. You call the room. You communicate. You don’t ambush guests.They backed off eventually, but here’s what didn’t happen: • No apology • No follow-up • No accountability • No attempt to make it rightNothing.After that, I didn’t feel comfortable staying there. So I started looking around the room more closely… and that’s when it got worse.The condition of this place is unacceptable: • Visible mold all over bathroom grout and seams • Heavy rust on the shower curtain rod • Grime buildup along tile edges and corners • Overall lack of proper cleaning and maintenanceFor a place that claims to have been “renovated,” this looks like a surface-level cover-up job at best. Whatever they did clearly didn’t address underlying issues.The photos I’ve included speak for themselves. This is not just cosmetic — this is a health concern.At this point, it’s clear: • This property has serious maintenance issues • Management lacks basic professionalism and guest safety standards • And the overall experience feels like a liability waiting to happenI booked this place expecting a relaxing stay. Instead, I got: • A late-night confrontation • Zero sense of security • And a room that raises legitimate health concernsI genuinely question how this place is still operating without deeper inspection.Do yourself a favor — spend a little more money and stay somewhere else. This place is not worth the risk.     stay away!!!!someone stolen things out of my room!!!i filed a police report, it had to a burglary report, as there no sign of forced entry!!the night before i noticed anything was missing, some guy all methed out came knocking at my door, i thought is was someone from the hotel coming looking for me, for whatever reason, the next morning i noticed 2 bags missing, and my nintendo switch, then i asked for the hotel to look at the cameras, they said they did not have access to the cameras, then, i launched a complaint with hotels.com, they told hotels.com, that, no one got into my room, i feel the hotel knew a out this, and are covering for someone ........... so heres how it went down, when i noticed stuff was missing, i went to the front office, and i asked if anyone was in my room, they said no, the next day, someone called me from the hotel, to tell me that the front office had given my to someone else by mistake ........... so they lied right to my face about it, and they also continued to let the people that got into my room stay there, they only reason why asked them to leave, is because i called to cops down there ..............stay away ............ this place is dirty and shady!!!!!     Horrible Sleep! Won’t return.

    TERRIBLE SLEEP! The person in the room above must’ve been high on drugs because they were SO loud from 3 AM to 8 AM straight. It was crazy. We heard constant walking (stomping) back and forth, items banging or dropped on the floor. We had the fan going and a white-noise maker that helped drown out the sirens and motorcycles, but not the noise from above. Who on earth is walking fast around a hotel room, making lots of noise for several hours in the middle of the night unless they’re high or wasted? Aside from a terrible sleep, this MOTEL is old, dated, and run down. It looks like some recent upgrades (flooring, TV, shower, vanity, etc) but still old furnishings, rusty light fixtures, etc. The bed sheets felt clean, but there was no blanket on the king bed - just a flat sheet and very thin bed spread. One pillow was has hard as a rock. The bathroom was gross with hairs on the floor, dirty baseboards, etc. The bathroom door wouldn’t even shut all the way.It’s hard to find a decent place at a decent price in the area, but we should’ve “splurged” another $50 to $100 on something much better. The only positive is the guest services seemed good. The guy who checked us in was very nice, welcoming, friendly, and helpful.     The two stars is only because the staff was nice and they didn't have bed bugs. The shower would not drain at the rate of water flow, and there was black mold in the bathroom.     Clean, Comfortable, Reasonable Rates

    Yes, we saw a few homeless people making tents for the night nearby. But the hotel is somewhat gated, close to lots of eateries, and a few minutes walk to our son's apartment in North Hollywood. The proximity and the reasonable rates drew us. The rooms and furnishings are dated. But our room was clean, did not have any odors (bad or smelling of antiseptic), the bed comfy, and the pillows were firm. The shower was hot. The room was large (we got a king with 1 single twin even though we reserved just a king) and the bathroom was spacious. You have to ask for hangers and an iron from the front desk if you need them. But the workers are very friendly and helpful. We only spent one night. But we probably would stay here again for a short visit.
