    I cannot believe I spent $260 a night — the hotel looks like it was from the 1970s and the room are incredibly small. The parking is very limited and incredibly hard to check in — on top of $25 for parking.

    First night bathroom facet was broken , we called the front desk , and we have a carácter show up and say that it was nothing. We only called to make sure they wouldn’t charge us for breaking it. We were shocked with his attitude but that was that. We booked the room again and same guy is yelling at my wife on the phone ., when I confronted him , he started an issue , and kick me out of the hotel. We know that a 2 star hotel doesn’t suppost to be good at all. But at least a front desk person with some type of education or experience in customer service . I highly recommend you to stay somewhere else ., this hotel is garbage and worst customer service.     Overall okay but a few niggles

    Overall a decent enough stay for the price however there were several places they could make improvements.1. It's relatively noisy with guests walking overhead, and dropping things from 5am. I'm assuming they're heading for early flights? (we were on the 2nd floor)2. There are only three tables in the breakfast area which quickly fill so assume that breakfast will be in your room. There are no trays which would make things easier.3. Having to reprogram your key every day is a pain - You might come down to collect breakfast for example but be unable to re-enter your room. In all my days traveling I have never experienced this before.4. The pillows are lumpy and hard. This seems by design?So, if you are looking for a budget hotel this would be a reasonable choice. We didn't experience any of the problems some other guests complained about (The staff were helpful and the room clean (We had the do not disturb sign out for three days and were not disturbed) there were no public announcements).     What a bargain!

    I don’t like to spend a lot of money on a hotel. I just need a place to sleep. This hotel was perfect! The room was quiet even though close to a busy street and well equipped with microwave, coffee machine, flatscreen TV, and refrigerator. The bed was comfortable. The free breakfast had eggs & sausage. The parking lot is gated.     Scamming and uninformed hotel!

    Worst hotel ever. They will illegally take a copy of your ID and Credit Card. When showing your concern about this, the front desk will pull out a copy of another guests ID and CC to show it to you so you can just take a picture of it. Also It is against California law to announce a guests room number out loud, but they announced my room number when checking me in anyways. They also wrote my room number on a parking ticket that they made me put onto my dashboard. I asked them for the copy of my id and cc back with all the fraud going on and they refused to give it to me. When letting the manager know in the morning everything that happened and that it was illegal she said “you should tell us what to do since you know everything” yes obviously I should because you guys are breaking the law! To be a manager you need to be informed of hotel laws in California. She MAGALY MORAN then closed the window on my face and walked away from the desk while I was standing there.
