    This is an excellent place to stay in the Woodland Hills/Valley area of Los Angeles. The room was very nice and comfortable. I'd stay here again if I was in the area. One minor thing- the US flag outside really needs to be replaced.     Top level Customer Service! Germa and Sandra fantastic

    Stayed at this hotel on election night November 5th.Very smooth process with Sandra at the desk to check in. Room was great. I had another incident in the morning (2nd in a matter of weeks at a Marriott property) with the shower only having freezing cold water. I was furious to not be able to shower prior to a morning meeting. Let the front desk know. They quickly apologized and said that the fire department had been at Trader Joes next door overnight and attributed the problem to that. Took down my information and said the manager would reach out to resolve the issue personally with me. Germa, the GM, followed up in a couple of days and offered a full refund. This is what customer service looks like. A complete polar opposite response that I got from Fairfield inn suites palmdale west staff a couple weeks prior. Bravo to this hotel.     Staff was incredible beginning withHannah at reception. After we left we realized we left 2 nice tops and called to see if they were found. Christian not only located them, he delivered them personally to our next hotel in Santa Monica. Room was also very comfortable with fun restaurants nearby.
