    Staff friendly, for the cost, the rooms can be better condition.One of the worst matters.check in at 4 pm! Very late.

    Good value but questionable customer service

    We had a good stay at this property that was marred by what I consider poor customer service on our final day. (You can judge for yourself). We arrived at the breakfast at 6:30 (it opens at 7) and asked if we could use the waffle machine to get some food before we needed to leave for our event. We were told we could not take anything before 7. We left irritated. I’ve not had this problem at other hotels so personally I view this as a bad customer experience.

    Not enough parking spaces. Thin walls. The room is nice and well equipped, but when you have to park on the other side of the complex, it’s not worth the price.

    This hotel has some good points, such as an indoor gym, a fully furnished kitchen, and a shopping center within within a short walk with many restaurants. The dining room serves a decent buffet breakfast and lets people take piles of food back to their rooms. But the the dining room is far too small for the number of guests, so that it's sometimes hard to find anywhere to sit. Also the dining room staff is inadequate, so that dirty dishes are left on the table and not picked up. Our room had a broken lock on the bathroom door, and we were told that only SOME of the bathrooms have functional locks. The swimming pool was littered with droppings from the overhead trees. The details made our stay less pleasant than it should have been. I would give it two and a half stars.

    We’ve visited a few times due to convenient location and fair pricing. However, we won’t stay there anymore as the rooms are often unclean (eg, sticky floors; odor + covered by strong spray; cockroaches; etc.). Living room sofa is often in very bad shape in fact, we don’t even sit on it as it looks dirty.Beds are comfortable and clean, but not the bathrooms…Breakfast is okay - the typical R Inn offering. But the bar has a very limited menu and not that great.Anyway, it’s a luck of the draw on whether you get a “good” room. Seriously!Won’t be back ever again. Enough is enough.
