  No Leaving Before Original Check Out Date

  I am use to hotels/motels common practices that you can check out earlier before the check out date. I reserved for 2 weeks but soon realized I needed to relocate to a different location and save a 1 hour daily commute. However, Unlike just about all hotels/motels common practices this Cozy Inn refused to refund my money for the 2nd week. Also, the hotel is old and not very good. The hot water takes 5 to 10 minutes to get hot. Also, I asked 3 days in a row to check out 1 week early and was told the first two times that I would receive an email after the staff checked with the manager. An email never arrived. On the 3rd day I checked at the front desk and they said that they would not refund any money. So, Never stay in this Cozy Inn unless you are desperate.

  Soooooooo Disgusting!!!! NOTHING IS CLEAN! Beware of them keeping your deposit. DO NOT stay here. You will be up all night wondering what is crawling on you.

  It is not what it seems like from the photos. It was old and smelly. The owner was rude and did not give me back my deposit. Overall my rating is a 0. Very unsatisfying.

  Dont leave any spots on their hand towels. $73 each......The room was only $81.....

  This place is a skanky scam. They kept my $50 deposit because I wiped off their table with their 99 cent hand towel they called it damages, because it was cherry drips ..... you dont know how to do laundry there? He said he wanted to charge me an extra $23 as well. So $73 for a hand towel. That's freaking garbage. The air conditioner was banging all night number 3.....

  Unacceptable room for any stay

  I've stayed in this motel three times in the past but this time I could not put up with the fact the room had an inoperable shower. I was checked in Room 6 - which looked like a wheelchair accessible room. The knob to the shower was broken off and there was no way to regulate temperature let alone have to injure yourself to turn on the spigot. The room overall was in disrepair with mold and no ventilation in the bathroom. I alerted the front desk clerk who told me the motel was sold out and I had to put up with this. I said I cannot stay in a room where one cannot take a shower. He apologized but said no refund can be given. I handed in my key and stayed elsewhere. Later, I found they not only wouldn't refund but aimed to keep my security deposit. I find these practices to be shady and if the shower is inoperable, housekeeping should take the room offline. The ethic of this hotel is very questionable. I can put up with a lot, but the motel should have some standards of what an acceptable room should be. Also, they should make appropriate adjustments for problems you encounter. If you like gambling on your motel experience, stay here, otherwise look elsewhere.
