    Big time feel for a small hotel

    Great value for the price. Room was a little outdated but very clean. Staff was extremely accommodating. Very quiet, didn’t hear much outside noise from the highway or planes. Convenient access to all stadiums or highway to take you to sights outside the area wouldn’t suggest this for a family traveling g with younger kids, but perfect for someone needing a home base & a convenient place to sleep for their time in LA

    Scary bad. Better to stay at motel 8

    Crystal Inn is far worse than any motel 6 or 8 I've stayed in. Weed smells out of many rooms you walk by. All common areas are dirty. Room is dark and all furniture looks like it's from the 70-80 (old, worn). This place is a perfect incentive to never go to jail and have to live in this place when you get out and on probation.

    Very disappointed! Not worthy of 4 star rating, run down, sheets were clean but rest of the room is iffy. Not sure how to trust trip advisor in the future. They must have friends and family writing reviews. We would not stay here again, and will not recommend to our family and friends.

    STAY AWAY!! If you ever make the mistake and book the wrong dates say goodbye to your money. All bookings are Non refundable And they will not change your dates. What they are doing is evil. If a person makes a honest mistake and never get to stay you should get your money back. I was on the phone With BRIAN AND HE WAS VERY RUDE. He HUNG UP IN MY FACE WHEN I SHARED MY HONEST CONCERNS. The place is dirty, broke down and it seems the owners don’t care about the up keep. Your better off buying a tent and sleeping outside with the stars before you stay here.NO EMPLOYEE SHOULD HANG UP IN SOMEONES FACE. That’s what BRIAN DID WHI WORKED THE FRONT DESK 09/28/2023 we spoke at 9:44pm

    26 September 2022Regarding: Crystal Inn and Suites, Inglewood, California Very disappointed in this hotel but more disappointed in Trip Advisor - Based on data provided by Trip Advisor I made a reservation at the Crystal Inn and Suites near LAX because we were arriving late at night and wanted a nearby hotel after picking up a rental car at the airport. I was very disappointed. The ratings listed in Trip Advisor do not match the quality (or lack thereof) actually existing at this hotel. I cannot imagine how this place managed to rate 4.5 out of 5 and the number 3 value for this area unless this rankings were completely phoney. Setting aside the fact that the hotel is located in a very sketchy area, the place is a dump. The rooms are dirty, the mattresses and bedding are very substandard, the walls and carpets are dirty and the furniture in the room looks as if it was hastily repaired following a violent fight. The whole place looks as if the owner decides whether or not to abandon the buildings on a daily basis. I have stayed in far cleaner and better maintained hotels in 3rd world countries. I realize that any company can make the occasional mistake in decision making, but this has really shaken my confidence in Trip Advisor. There is obviously no due diligence involved in this rating, and I will be very wary of future ratings awarded by Trip Advisor.
