    Clean room, friendly staff, not far from Disneyland, and a hot tub after a long day at Disneyland. Perfect for what we needed.

    We stayed here because it was close to Disneyland, offered a free shuttle, had a pool/hot tub and free breakfast. The first morning when we went for breakfast I rang the bell at the front desk to ask for the breakfast sandwiches (frozen jimmy dean). I rang twice and no one came. I asked the lady stocking food and she said I had to ask the front desk. I said I rang the bell twice and have waited several mins. She went back and talked to him, could see he was on his phone. She said he would be right out. A few more mins goes by and he slowly comes out and was not very nice. He was also the shuttle driver multiple days and again was not friendly, helpful and did not take care to load the shuttle with people who had been waiting in line first. The shuttle can only fit 10ish people and so they have to make multiple trips. If you plan to take it, you should get in line about 45 mins before it leaves, first shuttle is at 7:45. Also, the shuttle only runs in the morning and evenings which is inconvenient. The pool was clean and decent but they don’t allow any food or drink in the pool area which not cool when you have young kids who are hungry or thirsty. We brought some snacks in being careful not to make a mess and was yelled out by the above employee who had been rude the whole time we were there. I probably would not stay here again as I have stayed at other hotels in the area that have been much nicer.

    Dora and the other person who cleaned our room on the afternoon of March 17 is very nice, helpful and cleaned our room good. They made sure that we have everything we needed. Luis the front desk staff is kind to us when we checked in and out. The lady who made us waffles wearing hijab i forgot her name is nice and made sure everyone is getting a breakfast. Breakfast shouldve atleast eggs for protein instead of having all carbs. I just found a few ants in the bathroom, The sink water pressure is a little low it couldve been more water and needs better improvement. The curtains is dirty not sure if it's dirty or stained. Shuttle needs more operating hours mid day service. Everything else is good mostly the staffs are friendly and nice. Very walkable to disney 15mins walk with kids not bad at all.

    Everyone is always friendly and courteous here and the rooms are always clean. Have never had an issue at this property have been staying here for many years and will always book here in the future for our trips. The free shuttle service is a BIG PLUS . Please tip your driver they are all awesome and remember it's better than paying parking a few bucks for his time is good. Highly recommend this location.

    Everything was as advertised. The place was safe and convenient to everything. Walking distance to Disneyland. Staff were friendly. Parking area was well lighted. They advertise grab and go breakfast, which was available, but they also had waffles and some other sit down and eat things. Room was always clean and shower got super hot. Great stay for the price.
