  Very amazed with the cleanse of this place. I appreciate commentating me because of my mother, which is 87 years old I requested for downstairs and I got I requested for a late stay and I got it. The staff is very generous and understanding this is one of my favorite place’s I appreciate kindness generosity, and understanding

  The new staff at check in desk were quite rude, they need to be trained in customer service. Head of housekeeping extremely rude and arrogant. Hotel is outdated and carpets need cleaning . Rooms have a musty odor, bed sheets dirty dingy and worn out. The bathroom had cracked tile and shower was not great.They over charge and do not fix their mistakes. Go to La Quinta next store for a better experience

  We stayed in a room with a king bed. The room was huge, the bed was comfortable, and the furniture was nice. The TV was a little small for a room this size. Decor was a little dated, but functional. The staff was very nice, and helpful. I really like the modern upgrade of having plugs and USB ports next to the bed, and nightstands on both sides of the bed. The fridge was large compared to many hotel rooms, and had an actual freezing compartment. Breakfast was basically continental, but no fruit, and with the addition of hard boiled eggs and oatmeal. The pool area was nice, although we didn’t use it so can’t comment on it. We’d definitely stay here again.

  Sad stay, no real resolution

  Very disappointed in our stay. We checked in around 10:30pm and were given 2 rooms on the 2nd floor. The entire hallway smelled like cigarette smoke. One of the rooms had a nasty, old odor and the window was completely open upon arrival- so the problem was known. In the other room (where I was to sleep), the walls were so paper thin that I could hear conversations and even coughing from the people next door. It was late and all we wanted to do was sleep and couldn’t. We ended up moving/piling into the bad smelling room to try to get some rest. Very uncomfortable night of sleep. The hotel was sold out due to a convention so there were no open rooms to move us to and our nightly rate was highly jacked up due to that, and did not reflect the price for this older hotel. I spoke to John at the front desk about the conditions and lack of sleep. He asked his manager, Ariseli, about a rate reduction and she approved to change the rate of one room to $99, a $50 discount on a $310 one night sleepless stay. I told him that I didn’t find that discount to be sufficient but they refused to do more. We were not even able to use one room and the other smelled terrible. I knew when booking that this was an older hotel but didn’t expect it to turn out like this, and to be completely disregarded by the hotel staff who did not want to make things right.   It was very easy checking in ahead of time with the link the hotel sent and room was great and breakfast was very nice. Staff was Great. Location and Parking is my most important and that was Great as well. We will use this hotel location from now on.
