Clean and centrally located in downtown Alhambra

Decent hotel with clean and modern rooms that are equipped with flat screen TV, coffee maker, refrigerator, microwave, telephone, alarm clock, sofa, full length mirror, blue cushioned bench, hair dryer and complimentary toiletries. There is guest laundry and ice machine on the second floor and vending machines next to the hotel entrance as well as an elevator. Hotel is centrally located in the heart of downtown Alhambra and is right next to a Starbucks coffee shop. Take note that they do not charge a deposit at check in as long as you using a Visa card and have ID.Only regrets here are they don’t have a swimming pool and gym. Also I could hear loud thumping of feet from the room above me

Credit Card Info Stolen and over $1000 in purchases

I stayed at this hotel for over a week while home shopping. I extended my stay at one point and the young man at the front desk required me to show my credit card and id again and took it to the side where I assume he made a copy. After I returned from my trip I received a fraud alert for over $1000 for 3 separate online ticket purchases. The scammers had my billing info (I am assuming from my license) and one of the purchases for rodeo tickets for $270 I am still fighting. I know this had to of occurred at this hotel because all the other charges I made outside this hotel were on a different card and the other charges on this card are all autopay with business expenses. The hotel itself was fine but they obviously have a thief working there.

Noise from the upstairsand adjoiningroom wasso loudit keptus awakeboth nights, bad air-conditioner wouldn't keep temperature and would make too much noise when running unclean bed spreadhad stainson it., old furniture, terrible breakfast.

Clean and convenient location. But if you're looking for a place to rest and get sleep, this is not it. Continous loud and strong banging and stomping, late at night and so early in the morning, that it shakes you awake again and again. The front desk is distrustful as they directly lied to my mom's face. I do NOT recommend if you value sleeping or rest, which was the main point of me booking here. I'm sure there are other, more trustworthy places in the area.

It’s a good motel just needs better breakfast .. customer service was great people in front are nice .. there not rude at all they mind there business..they also give you a discount with your rewards they make u save money..
