Nice Busy entertaining location. Even tho outside is a loud busy intersection unless you have your window wide open it's actually comfortably quiet inside room.Spacious Rooms. Some rooms as big as a single apartment.

So being a Diamond member with Wyndham i expected better service from the staff. I have never had bad customer service like I did here. I went down to the office on Friday evening to get a blanket for my child, the staffer at the desk didnt want to give me one at first and said he had to go find one. The Sunday evening I went down again to get a blanket and the same staffer said to me, "didnt I give you one the other day!" In a very rude tone. I said yes but my son is cold and id like another one please. He said "why didnt you ask housekeeping!?" Again, being extremely rude. I said I wasn't in when they were around so may I please get another one. After he went to get one for me I asked him his name and he said Alex. He didnt have on a name badge or anything and I believe he was lying to me. He then asked me what room number I was in. If Alex is his name, Alex is extremely rude and needs proper customer service training. I hope this falls on the proper channels because it needs to be addressed. Very dissatisfied experience.

My recent stay at your hotel was unfortunately not as positive as I had hoped, especially considering the hotel's category and the high nightly rate. I'd like to provide some specific details regarding situations that I believe are unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.Room and AmenitiesBathroom Odor: The bathroom had a persistent unpleasant odor throughout my stay.Damaged Sink: The sink in the bathroom was broken.Inadequate Lighting: The lighting above the sink mirror was poor, making it difficult to use.Housekeeping and ServiceMissed Housekeeping: On the second day of my stay, the bed was not made, and it appeared that housekeeping did not service the room.Staff Friendliness: While the staff were not rude, I found their demeanor to be less friendly than expected. A more welcoming and approachable attitude would significantly enhance the guest experience.I hope this feedback is helpful in addressing these issues for future guests.

They advertise a light breakfast, but when we got down there at 7:15 a.m., there was nothing down there but two packs of pop-tarts. All the food was gone including the coffee. In 15 minutes everything was gone?

Bring a white noise machine—street noise is very loud. Beds are comfortable but pillows are concrete. Rooms need a deep clean-mold in bathrooms and built up dirt in corners and baseboards.
