    This hotel was nicely located near my meetings, but fortunately… there are other options. My first impression at check-in cookie was a stale… hard cookie that went directly to the trash. The hotel room experience was ‘fine’. Dated rooms are clean and mostly well maintained. Shower was below par with a well ‘clogged’ shower head, and the ironing board collapsed while in use… twice. Trash! The iron stained my white shirt as the plate was dirty. ;(Breakfast was awful!! McDonald’s would have been a much better option!! A single waiter in a dining room about 30% full (8 tables) couldn’t handle the load. Nice man… but not capable. Your order started with ‘ we are really busy… it will be about 30 minutes for the kitchen to prepare your order’. Wow… ok?I’m omelette was very, very well done. Awful. My toast arrived 10 minutes after my entree… being delivered and handled by 2 tables prior to me. Comical. Horrible. I had to ask for salt / pepper. Ask for coffee to be filled. Ask for creamer to be filled…. I won’t return. The coffee sat empty (self serve at the bar) twice while I was seated. I went to get coffee repeatedly as with the coffee or the creamer was empty each time I tried. Oh… people were complaining!!! Loudly! I felt sorry for the waiter. I think this fault should all go to management. A fairly quick, hot breakfast is essential… and coffee should flow with limited Interruptions. Bad choice on my part…

    When we checked in, they forgot to give us our driver's license back. Then, we arrive to our room, which had a terrible smell and a damp floor. Then, we realized our safe didn't work and had to call three times to get them to come up and fix it. Then, our toilet clogged, in which we had to call several times to get them to come fix it. When we went down in the morning, they said they didn't have anybody in maintenance available for several hours. Most hotels we've ever stayed at have maintenance 24/7. Then, most of the times in the morning, they would not have coffee ready until after 7am. And the worst of all is that they never cleaned our room. When I went down to ask about it, they said we had to ask for our room to be cleaned 24 hours in advance. However, no one ever told us that so how were we supposed to know? Then, we ask if they could bring us some towels and coffee since our room had not been cleaned all week. And they said they would, however, they never did!!! They did finely clean our room on the last day but didn't even replace our empty tissue box. Worst experience we have ever had at a hotel and we are hilton honors members. And definitely the worst smelling room, the smell was terrible!!!

    Hello I’ve been going for over a year always been respectful to the location. No problems til today I got a fee for property damage. They explained that because they were sold out my room couldn’t be rented and they lost money so they charge me damages. So I purposely rented a room and ask him for a refund and proceeded to end conversation because he couldn’t speak to me in a professional manner told me to leave pretend pretended(pre pre-tended) to feel threatening and walked me out the door when two front desk workers watched the whole thing Supervisor Francisco I was speaking to whole time

    This hotel just want to save money in cost of service quality. Moldy smell, dirty rug, shower was always leaking. .Water dripping noise bothers all night.The gym and swimming pool are in another separate building.

    DO NOT STAY HERE- WARNING!!!

    DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!!!Let me start by stating that it was my first and last and certainly will not suggest this hotel to any of my colleagues and business partners traveling to this area. I have stayed at hundreds of Doubletree hotels but nothing like this experience. This is by far the worst experience in a Hilton brand hotel and possibly out of the last 20+ years I have traveled on business. This hotel is old and has that use from 1990 with scratched furniture, musty smell in the hallways and smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms. We rented 3 rooms for 2 nights each on Wednesday the 24th through the 26th and all rooms were in the same condition, and I should have listened to the others leaving but I convinced them that it would be ok for 2 nights. We complained about the smell to the front desk upon viewing the rooms and she stated she would send someone to spray and they never showed up. I called again in the morning before leaving for our meetings to please spray and Bill said he would make a note. Well, they never showed up again. Upon changing my shoes, I found a sock near the edge of the bed that was dusty which told me that it had been there for some time. I also found bloodlike stains on the carpet and complained about it, but they said it was cleaned and stained. WHAT!!!!!!!They also like to scam Hilton Gold and platinum members with the F&B credits. Be very careful if you’re a top-tier HH member with this hotel. They offered F&B at man y other Hilton brand hotels for both restaurant and market store, and it applied. On Thursday the 25th, I was told I cannot use the F&B credit for the market starting that day which every other Hilton brand names will allow it. I was also told that the F&B credit cannot be used for the restaurant that night because a daily F&B was already applied and any other hotel applies it to the night which states it on the Hilton site that it can be used for the night. Ricardo the manager and Madison the front desk rep was rude and unprofessional on how to handle the request and provide the F&B credits. I will make sure NOT to ever come back to this hotel and I suggest anyone looking to stay away! Read the reviews before booking and book elsewhere.For those looking to stay near the elevators, the rooms can be a hike especially with lots of luggages. This facility is run down from the lobby to the rooms. The bathroom has mold along the bath edges, and we received no shower towels and soap. We had to call to have them brought up to our room so we could shower. I cannot believe a hotel would have such lazy staff that would not clean the rooms properly and not to mention, restock towels and shower soap.What a huge disappointment this location was compared to many Doubletrees in the past. DO NOT STAY-WARNING, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED IF YOU ARE A HILTON BRAND PERSON!!!
