    Hotel was super clean. Staff was super friendly and inviting.My stay was comfortable and very relaxing. I will definitely stay here again and recommend to all.     Fraudulent Activities

    My credit card number was fraudulently used to book a room at this hotel. I don't even know where Pomona, California his. I have my credit card with physically with me, so it was NOT stolen. When I called to inquire, they acted as if they did not even care. It seems like the hotel employees may be involved in the fraud. I advise anyone to AVOID this hotel.

    Great Hotel for my 50 Year High School Reunion

    I had my High School 50 Year Reunion there October 11th, 2025. Everything was OUTSTANDING!! The staff and the food was AMAZING. Everyone was willing to work with the committee and accommodate us with whatever we needed. My classmates are still talking about how much fun they had. Patricia Rodriguez, who is the Sales and Catering Coordinator was awesome. whenever I needed something or had an issue with the room block, she was right there to make it right. On the night of the reunion, Michael Chen, the banquet captain, was there setting up the tables, folding the napkins to my liking, and getting food out to be served at our appointed time. His assistant, Jonathan Jasso , was also right there on the spot, clearing the tables when someone was done eating. Jonathan knew I was nervous, but he kept checking on me making sure everything was OK. I appreciated both of them and would recommend Pomona's location to anyone looking in the IE for a nice hotel to host any event. The rooms were also very nice and roomy. Thanks again Doubletree by Hilton in Pomona for a Night To Remember for my 50th year class reunion. Oh, I almost forgot, the cookies are always a HIT. So delicious for a nighttime snack!!Karen P.     The staff at Doubletree in Pomona was the best staff we had ever encountered for such an important event as what we had done.     A Great Stay For Us

    We had a great stay at the DoubleTree in Pomona while attending a business conference. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable — a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay.We especially enjoyed dining at Vita Italian Bar and Grill. Both the food and the service were excellent, and the bar area was a nice place to relax in the evenings.It was also a surprisingly quiet and restful place, even with multiple events going on. We had the chance to meet the General Manager, who impressed us with how she handled the busy weekend with calm, care, and a genuine smile. It was clear her team respected and enjoyed working with her, which really stood out.The location was convenient, with easy access to several freeways, and the view from the property was a nice bonus. And of course — who doesn’t love their famous, warm cookies?We will happily stay here again next time we are in the area.
