    Our stay at this hotel was okay but not outstanding in any way. The spaces were clean, the front desk staff was polite and efficient, and our room was spacious. However, the interior design feels a little dated — some chunky furniture in gaudy colors isn’t enough to create a modern boutique atmosphere. A small plus was the good free coffee in the café/breakfast room, though the one employee working there on weekend mornings didn't make much of an effort to be friendly or welcoming.At our request, our room was in a quiet location — we did not experience the loud late night music described by some guests in previous reviews. On weekend nights, we only heard faint bass tones coming from a distance. The windowless bathroom had no functioning fan, so all the humidity always drifted into the room. The gym, advertised on the website as “newly renovated” and “state of the art,” had several malfunctioning or broken machines, and there was visible water damage in one area om the ceiling. Also, a note inside our room incorrectly stated that the gym was open 24/7 (actual hours are 5 a.m. to 11 p.m.). As for parking, the hotel participates in the same system used by many hotels and private lots in the area, making overnight parking anywhere other than hotel valet impossible. This hotel charges $66 per night for parking, taking ample advantage of that setup.Overall, this place doesn’t quite live up to its self attributed image of a “trendy boutique hotel.” It would benefit from more careful maintenance, some design updates, and a more consistently professional, customer-friendly attitude. For what the hotel offers, it’s overpriced.

    Insanely noisy. No sleep

    Insanely noisy. Intentionally poor and delayed customer service. I am traveling for a work conference and booked this hotel through Hotel Map which was the booking agent for the conference. I do not recommend them either. Upon check in, I got to my room after 9pm and the amount of street noise permeating the windows and external wall is like nothing I’ve seen before. I believe they are intentionally misleading customers. I asked to be switched to a different room and they told me they are fully booked and there is nothing they can do. They offered me ear buds. It’s a joke this hotel was even offered as an option in the conference portal. The music goes until 2am. Terrible choice for business travelers. The hotel is gross and offers no amenities that you’d expect for business travel. Unacceptable.A hotel is a place you sleep. There is no sleep to be had here.

    Location is excellent, public transport is close by. Cripto.com arena is close by. The room is clean, tidy. The breakfast is hearty and delicious.

    The hotel is located across Crypto Arena and the staff are lovely, however that’s where the positive ends. The hotel room was super noisy! Being in downtown I expected noise of course but this is different to the point that we are unable to sleep in our 4 nights there. The walls were so thin we can hear the neighbours conversations and snoring. And it is in the constant route of firefighters and police so you can hear their sirens.The only reason we booked here was due to the NBA game, and I now wished we stayed shorter and moved to a different location as soon as the game was done. Location is amazing if watching anything in Crypto Arena and staff were amazing and friendly too.

    We travel a lot and have stayed in downtown hotels all around the world. We saw some reviews mentioning noise and attributed to just being downtown. This was different. The business next-door played unbearably loud music to well passed 2 AM. The front desk alleged they called the police, but it went on and on. Do not stay here. Zero stars.
