    Good luck checking in after 5pm... the gal at the front desk is not at the front desk. We watched people wait 20 minutes for her to show up two nights in a row. When I needed help, someone said "Ring the bell," but there is no bell...Bathroom wasn't clean, pillows are lumpy.Pool deck wasn't cleaned up over the week-end, but looked good Tuesday morning.My family took to calling it the "Low-Quality" Inn pretty quickly.Earned a second star from me because they came and fixed a non-draining tub right away, but it should have drained without me asking for help.

    This hotel is horrible. There were roaches in my room which they did nothing about. My toilet was clogged as well for most of my stay. There are children working the front desk who do not know how to do anything properly. Each day I walked all the way to my room just to find out I was locked out and had to go back to the desk. No one knew how to program the keycard for multiple days. The condition of the room itself was horrible. Also my $200 deposit was not refunded it was charged and they are not trying to help with this issue. I’ve called the hotel and customer service and no help. This is an inconvenience on top of having to deal with roaches and other issues.

    MOLD EVERYWHERE!

    The nastiest place I have ever been to. Not only did they have mold in the rooms, bathrooms and hallways but it was even in their food. Heath inspector was definitely called and pray this place gets shut down. I had to go out and buy my own cleaning products to make this work in my time frame. Already having to visit a dying family member, coming back to a nasty hotel was what made this visit even worse. Thanks for nothing.

    I like this location and hotel they serve good breakfast, my only problem was the first room I stayed in the faucet was broken upon arrival to the room, so I had to move to another room. But the service is good here and I had no other problems while I was there. One thing I think the maid's service should do is check each room for working items like the toilet and faucets to make sure thi s don't happen again to someone else.

    Put off by deposit

    This hotel has a $200 Deposit Additionally that is refunded but they do not tell you about this when booking .... They don't tell you about it until check in. They said they'd take cash or credit luckily I had a credit card..... Some I know don't and who carries that kind of cash..... I hate deposits as it assumes that you will wreck the room.....
