    Philly was amazing at the front desk. The hotel was comfortable and food was delicious I can’t overemphasize how accommodating the staff are at this hotel; top notch.

    Poorly Maintained & Better Choices Elsewhere

    Stayed at the Embassy Suites in Glendale, and it's so-so, at best, a bit run-down, and the rooms feel cramped. Checked in on a Sunday afternoon, and that evening, after dinner, decided to go to the pool and spa, which was in an unacceptable state. The pool was both cold and cloudy, the spa was lukewarm, with tons of bubbles and brown grime on the walls (meaning lots of biofilm buildup), and the pool shower was missing the handle altogether, so I couldn't use it - showing a lack of proper care and maintenance. We stayed in a double-bed suite, and were assigned an indoor attrium facing room, which made it extremely dark (very little natural light), where the couch was rock hard, the sink faucet for the wet bard was loose (I tightened it myself), the shower spout diverter needed to be replaced since it didn't work well, and the bedroom had about 1 to 3 feet of space on the walls between the beds, wall and closet. I've stayed in several Embassy Suites, and this was by far the smallest one I've ever been in. The two redeeming qualities were the parking garage (large and easy to get into parking spots) and the included breakfast. While smaller than most Embassy Suites breakfast areas with fewer options, the made-to-order omelet was good, as were the other options. Wouldn't stay here again unless they renovated and cleaned it up.

    I LOVE this property!💗.,, I’m a Hilton Diamond Member & can truly say….. THE BEST!!! Also, a flight attendant for a Global airline who has stayed around the world. Alex the manager of this location checks on me & ALL of his team is AMAZING!!! The front desk on check in to the Happy Hour Jorge! The Breakfast team… made to order hot breakfast…. Remembers how I like my eggs… EVERY STAY. Close to Disney Studios Burbank… where I had an event & Universal Studios.

    Terrible customer service- avoid this hotel

    I booked a cancellable stay for one night at Embassy Suites Glendale for tomorrow, 2/7/2026. My entire family came down with a terrible flu with high fevers, and were unable to travel. I had meant to cancel the reservation before the deadline which was a few days before we arrived. I realized the day of the cancellation deadline that I needed to do so, and reached out via the the booking site to the hotel to cancel, letting them know the circumstances (that we had the flu and could not travel). Despite several attempts on behalf of the booking site to request a refund on my behalf, Embassy Suites Glendale did not respond for three days until just now, the day prior to travel, when they responded with the literal message "request denied" (even the wording-- wow, I bet the customer service is fantastic at this place). Given the circumstances-- the request came only minutes after the cancellation deadline and severe illness-- this denial was in my view unreasonable. If this is how they conduct business, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere, as there are so many options to choose from.

    Pool too cold

    The swimming pool was too cold for comfort. the generally recommended pool temperature for children and adults is 85-89. I was told the pool temperature for 82, and it was too cold for swimming. We have always chosen this hotel because of the pool, but will no longer stay there if the pool is too cold for comfort.
