  Ty the general manager was very professional and friendly, he made my friend and I feel comfortable from the moment we walked into the hotel. He ensure that our room was ready and offered us a nice experience. Sarah ensure that we had all that we needed and more! Thank you .In the morning we met lovely Amy Malone and she was able to change our check out to noon time. Friendly and also very professional. Great customer service and will definitely return again . Thank you !!!

  We arrived to Extended Stay America in Valencia. Nethol helped us get accommodated. We’re happy that he was able to help us with our concerns and questions. Our rooms were clean.   Sarah is always a sight for sore eyes, her welcoming smile makes us feel like we’re family. It’s a pleasure staying at this location mostly because she is always so helpful and friendly. Makes us feel like we’re home. She is very helpful and funny.   Started with having to call to get pots and pans utensils hand soap and coffee pot for my room it says it will be delivered it was not. I had to go down get them. Was told there was no coffee pots, which when I booked I explicitly asked for coffee pot. Went down to get basic supplies which should have been in room only to be given one set of utensils, and a dirty with food still on it spatula. They were able to “find” a coffee pot. It was in a bag which I assumed meant it had been cleaned, it was not. Woke up next day got ready to make coffee used grounds still in it!!!! There’s a desk chair covered in white stains.
