  Useless kitchen (no plates or cookware), water damaged and smoked in "non-smoking" room, OH MY

  The reasons we picked this place were because it had a kitchen, and it was close to the Disney parks.Roses and thorns...Thorns first...No dishes. We checked in. Got our things in the room. Went back to the front desk to get the "dish set" that they say you can pick up at the front desk, so you can cook and eat in your room. They didn't have any for us. I asked if I could get some the next day. They indicated that I could ask, but that it was not very likely. They were correct, no dishes were available for us to cook for our entire 3 night stay. We did exactly NO cooking.The website indicated that a continent breakfast was included. ROAD APPLES. They put out some coffee, some muffins (which were not very good) and some NutriGrain bars. Breakfast was supposed to start being served at 6am. This was not the case.There is extensive water damage to the cabinet under the sink in the kitchen area. This needed to be reported to the front desk, if for no other reason than to make sure that we were not held responsible for the damage.Our "non-smoking" room had clearly been smoked in. It was very stinky.Both the kitchen sink and the bathroom sink were very clogged up or in other words, they did not drain very well.I went back down to tell the front desk (the phone in the room didn't work and no one answered when I called from my cell phone) to tell the staff that the room had been smoked in and to report the water damage and the drain issue. The lady at the front desk told me that she was aware, and that she would make the management aware. She also explained that they were filled to capacity and that there were no alternative rooms available to move to.The water pressure in the shower was HORRIBLE.No maid service was offered or carried out during our stay.Roses...The queen sized bed was more comfortable than expected.The room was a solid 7 out of 10 for cleanliness.There were plenty of clean towels.The fridge did indeed keep our drinks cold.The location was a 4 minute LYFT ride from the main gate entrance to the Disney parks.There were plenty of luggage trollies to haul our luggage and such to and from the room.The ice maker, though VERY FAR from our room, worked well.If all you care about is a semi-comfortable place to rest after running ragged at the local amusement parks, and don't care about cooking or whether or not your room has been smoked in, then this might be the place for you.Not only will I not return to this property, due to the total NOTHING BURGER response from the staff about the issues we experienced while staying there, I will go out of my way to NOT stay at any associated properties in the future.Boo.   We stayed one night to visit Disney. Room, lobby and common areas were clean. Quiet and affordable. Full size fridge is great. William at the front desk was so nice. Nice to have oatmeal/muffin/coffee on the way out. Pool was closed. Parking is included. Laundry and vending available in the lobby. We would for sure stay again. 20 min walk to Disney.

  I spent a lot of money to go to this hotel as I am staying here for 8 days watching my son play in one of the biggest international water polo tournaments. I expected to have what was advertised - a fully-serviced kitchenette and grab and go breakfast. I arrived yesterday at 3:00pm to the dissatisfaction that I was told that I was on a waitlist for kitchen utensils/cutlery which I received partial at 9:00pm ie 1 bowl, no spoons or knives, no cups, no advertised toaster and then told I am still on a waitlist for missing items. Today at 8:00am for the advertised breakfast "Stay fueled with a grab and go breakfast. Fuel up with an assortment of products..." from 6:00-9:30am, there was just the coffee station and when asked at front counter where are the breakfast items (website shows granola bar, oatmeal, muffin), the lady shows a basket of just a few small muffins saying that's all they have. Later today at 7:30pm, I got spoons and knives but still no cups and no toaster with the explanation that they don't have much items and breakfast should have had more items but don't know why there was just muffins. The desk receptionist even said, sometimes we don't have enough toilet paper and suggested for me to take extra toilet paper and box of kleenex now. I chose this place for an 8 day stay expecting to have what was advertised considering the amount of money spent. The website photos makes this place look appealing but looks dated in front hallways and has insufficient supplies for the expected number of guests/rooms. Completely unacceptable to be on a waitlist to receive kitchen supplies and no paper towel, no dishcloth/scrubber to wash the dishes or pans too. A muffin does not equate to what is advertised or to the phrase of "stay fueled". Not what I expected and wished I chose somewhere else.   This hotel has the BEST VIBE EVER! Super dope, Super cleannnnnn, the pool was soooo refreshing & relaxing, the room was super peaceful & quiet; very nice and clean. The staff was phenomenal and super friendly! Shout-out to the front desk lady (Julie) who helped me; she was kind, professional and patient. I will be definitely coming back here. Best hotel experience I've had thus far.
