    Unacceptable house keeping service

    I stayed in this hotel for two weeks during Christmas and New Year while visiting my family in town. I felt like I had to beg the staff to schedule house keeping service. After a couple requests to clean my room I was informed that they proved cleaning only once a week. I had a hope they would clean a room before Christmas but no, they kept the room dirty. During scheduled cleaning all they have done was they changed towels and cleaned the bathroom. They have not collected trash from the kitchen, they haven’t changed linings, they haven’t dusted furniture, they haven’t cleaned the floor. SERIOUSLY? After a complain to duty manager they scheduled me for another cleaning. Thanks God they changed linings. Very generous. But they haven’t cleaned the floor again. I gave up on asking to provide a proper cleaning (remember, only once a week) and I let it be. All I can say that it is ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE if the place consider to be called a hotel no matter how many stars. Housekeeping is the key to any place!!! Keep it in mind!

    I arrived at Extended Stay Yorba Linda late on 10/12. I was really tired and Lynsey at the front desk was really helpful and quick to get me checked in. I called a couple of times and she quickly responded with the items I needed. Great Customer Service from this young lady.     I Will Never Stay at this Location Or Recommend it To Anyone

    Customer service was awful and poorly trained. I was cursed at by the day manager. I could never get a full set of cookware even when I begged. The district manager was unhelpful and lied about offering a refund for my troubles. Based on my experience and many reviews I've found, I'd suggest staying anywhere else including, the other. I will never stay here again or recommend it to anyone else. As of now I have been brushed off by management regarding my experience and doubt I will be contacted about the many issues I had here.     The BEST Extended Stay in OC!

    This has been a wonderful place to stay while my Wife and I wait for housing. The staff here are what really makes our stay pleasant. Ashley, Kevin, April and Pedro and everyone are so nice and we love talking with them and seeing their smiling faces 😊They are pet friendly here yet it is quiet and safe. It is near lots of restaurants and amenities and for the price and location it couldn’t be better. Thank you so much Extended stay (extended family) for making our stay so special and brightening our days! Five stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Wouldn't recommend, especially if you are disabled

    No utensils or anything in room, not told about them so I had to ask myself.Not told about breakfast or morning coffee, and when I was told about coffee (not breakfast), I wasn't told times or anything. Staff didn't seem to want to be there and preferred to sit chatting around the corner.Disabled parking filled with none disabled, not enforced. I told reception 4 times total, but nothing happened and they didn't enforce it!No utensils at all you have to ask for them all, and when I got the coffee maker, it was faulty they didn’t. Eventually got one three days later on my last day.When I got a replacement that worked it was days later and it hadn’t even been cleaned as it’s still had a coffee bag in it… the wording says they’re all supposed to be cleaned and sanitised clearly not..No housekeeping and signs on door saying it is due to staff shortage.
