Facility

The hotel welcomes guests in a 9-storey building with a lift and 630 rooms. English-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Rooms

    Memorable stay near at LAX airport!

    I had a great stay at Fairfield El Segundo. I arrived for a late check-in past 11 PM, and the lobby was surprisingly packed with people. Despite the crowd, David at the front desk handled everything incredibly fast and efficiently. Thanks to his outstanding service, I was able to avoid a long wait, get to my room, and rest right away. The hotel facilities were also very clean and well-maintained. Highly recommend this place!     Good customer service, but one negative...

    First, the good. The hotel staff who work here are great. Very friendly and helpful, and Larry who checked me in was able to help me out with a room issue. Thanks Larry for helping me out! Convenient and free airport shuttle that runs every 30 minutes and it's close to LAX too. Across the busy street is a grocery store and Starbucks. We took an Uber (about $15) to Manhattan Beach pier and had dinner and walked around the lovely town there. I slept pretty good here, bed was comfortable, room was pretty clean. I stayed in one of the "towers" facing a quiet residential neighborhood. Complimentary breakfast was good and they have a large eating area. Now for the negative. Well it's an old property with several old connected buildings. It's clean, but upon closer inspection you can see the wear and tear in the rooms and bathrooms and hallways. It's perfectly fine though, just be aware it is an older property. It's been remodeled and updated, but there's only so much they can do with the old design of the buildings. It just didn't feel new or fresh like newer built hotels. But for an overnight stay near the airport, it's ok, and the customer service was really good.     Great location and close to airport. FREE shuttle to/from airport. Front desk folks nice and helpful. Rooms are typical rooms. FREE breakfast, varied and good. Hot and cold items available. Food area clean and workers readily available to assist or clean any mess. Area cool/cold at night - room had nice heater.     reasonable place to stay for a stopover

    Chose this hotel as a convenient 'in-between' location for 2 nights for a game at Sofi Stadium on day 1 and a road trip to Vegas the next day - it worked well for this purpose. Friendly, helpful staff on front desk. Room was 'ok'. Hotel parking was reasonable by LA standards. The hotel seems to be primarily an overnighter for the airport, and has a free airport shuttle - if that's why you are staying here then it's probably perfect.Breakfast was dreadful, but it was also the only free hotel breakfast we had across 5 LA/SF/Vegas hotels - perhaps it's harsh to complain about something that's free, but if you're here for more than a day or 2, I'm sure you'll go out for breakfast!
