    Bedbugs!!! Be careful! I even went to the doctor and the bites were confirmed as bedbugs!

    The staff were mostly nice and the room seemed clean, but the walls and ceilings are very thin. Even with a white noise app I could hear people above me and hear traffic outside. They offer free parking which is rare in that area, and there's a gas station across the street. It isn't walking distance to restaurants, so having a car would be ideal.

    Cesar, who works at the front desk, was extremely rude and unprofessional. His responses were short andcondescending, showing a clear lack of patience or understanding. He did not demonstrate the level of customer service expected at a hospitality establishment-he seemed irritated by basic questions and showed no willingness to help or empathize with guests. His attitude made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

    Not the best Hampton Inn property

    I’m sorry to say that this Hampton Inn property was a little below the average Hampton property, and I’ve stayed at many. The room was spacious enough for 5 people but the beds were horrible and the bathroom fixtures were very old. We used the bed the pull out sofa mattress. Whenever we moved in either bed there would be a loud metal scratching sound so no one could fall asleep. In fact, I put the sofa bed part back in the sofa and only used the sofa seat/cushions. The beds and sofa beds need to be updated.The bathtub features were very outdated and old. It felt like the fixture for the shower was going to break and at one point the shower knob got jammed.As a Hilton Homors diamond member, I’ve stayed at many Hampton Inns in the past and this was by far the worst beds and shower fixtures.

    No daily housekeeping service. Was told it's every other day. Broken plumbing fixtures. Maintenance man never came. No response from front desk.Not acceptable for Hilton Honors members especially at 200+ per night. Will stay somewhere else next time.
