    This is my new go-to LAX hotel. Great hotel, even better people. Adrian and Wendy are the best. I’m a Hilton diamond member, so I stay at a lot of Hiltons. I’ve been treated better here than any other property. And that’s before they knew I was a Diamond member. I only stay here now. With a busy airport like LAX, and a busy travel day, there’s nothing like staying at a very nice hotel, with even nicer people, before or after your flight.     I had a small issue with my check-in by no fault of the hotel simply from how it was booked. However Wendy was very professional and extremely helpful/patient with us. Kudos to her and the team!     Positive is we were able to get a room when we arrived at 1am. Negatives: we could literally hear every word of the people staying next door. Either they were way too loud or the walls are paper thin. Breakfast was okay. No GF options available. Should really think about getting some GF options for people who can't have gluten. I had an omelette and a banana.     Stay away, much better options

    Airport hotel with no shuttle. Lilly bartender fantastic but she has no help. She is bartender, waitresses , and cook! Way understaffed. Front desk could not answer basic questions Needs stronger management.
