    Mandatory parking fee NOT DISCLOSED at booking!

    As a Hilton Honors Gold member, I can say with confidence that I will never stay at this property again. In fact, this experience has caused me to reconsider staying at any Hilton-branded hotel in the future.My biggest issue is transparency. When I booked my stay, nowhere in the Hilton app was it disclosed that this hotel charges $31 per day for parking. There is no self-parking option available, so this fee is mandatory. Had this information been clearly disclosed at the time of booking, I would have chosen another hotel—specifically the Best Western nearby, which offers free self-parking.When I raised this concern at check-in, I was simply told, "It's on the website." That response is unacceptable. Many Hilton guests book directly through the Hilton app, not the website. If a mandatory fee exists, it should be clearly disclosed on every booking platform Hilton provides. I then contacted Hilton Customer Care hoping for a reasonable resolution. Unfortunately, I was met with complete indifference. My concern was dismissed, my request for reimbursement of the undisclosed parking charges was denied, and when I asked to escalate the issue, I was told there was no one higher to speak with because the representative was allegedly already a supervisor. What disappointed me most was not the $31 parking fee—it was Hilton's complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction and loyalty. As a frequent traveler and Honors member, I expected much better. Instead, I was left with the impression that Hilton simply does not care. Because Hilton chose not to address this issue or offer any meaningful resolution, they have lost my future business. I will be taking my travel dollars elsewhere and will be sharing this experience with friends, family, followers, and fellow travelers so they can make informed decisions before booking. For anyone considering this location, be aware of the mandatory parking charges. If free parking is important to you, there are nearby alternatives, including the Best Western on Lankershim Boulevard, which offers complimentary self-parking.Transparency matters. Customer service matters. Unfortunately, neither was demonstrated here.

    They don't have parking they have a parking lot and it's in the property but it's ran by a separate company in the hotel. So you need to pay a second time and they only offer street parking across the street that is also busy and on a curve. The breakfast is no different than any other hotel and is mainly cafateria food. The eggs are lost likely powder eggs since they had a lot of water in them. It was like a scramble soup. The pastries taste like they are put out every day and they only replace the ones that have been eaten. The bread was stale and not even the toaster could save it. The walls have stains and the paint is chipping all over the furniture. The mattresses feel old and are so soft the almost wrap you up better than the blankets. The tub makes a god awful sound when it drains. There was a board holding up the ac that they somewhat covered with carpet and has the tack nails sticking out. It's like a small bed of nails. You would do better staying in a motel. Avoid this place.

    I arrived late and Ahmed checked me in efficiently which included a warm welcome and appreciation for my loyalty. I was in my top/fourth floor room in under five minutes. The room was impressively quiet since the window overlooked I-5 and had one of those low through-wall A/C units. Temperature was well regulated. The bathroom and closet doors aren't well planned - they open outward which fully block the hallway between the room entrance and bed area. Although clean, the comforter had loose threads and was fraying.I usually choose Hampton Inn's when looking for hotels and this Hampton Inn had more breakfast items than others. Like honey almonds as a topping choice. The lady working it was friendly - greeting me with a good morning - and stayed on top of replenishing items and cleaning. The free breakfast area was spacious with high ceilings.I didn't use the complimentary airport shuttle which also takes you to Downtown Burbank and a shopping mall. But unless you have an early/late flight, you'll need to utilize transport because there isn't anything to do around the hotel - it is basically along the highway.Check out was efficient, with German thanking me for my stay/business. Overall this hotel has great hospitality.

    This was a very disappointing stay. We were woken up around 4:00 AM by extremely loud and continuous stomping from the room above us (we were on the 3rd floor). It sounded like someone doing jumping jacks and made it impossible to sleep.We contacted the front desk twice. The first time, we were told the room above us would be contacted, but the noise continued. When we called again about two hours later, the front desk agent repeatedly interrupted us and told us we would need to wait until the 9 AM shift to speak with someone. No resolution was offered.Because of the lack of action and the dismissive handling of the situation, we lost sleep and did not feel comfortable staying another night. This was not the level of service we expect from a Hilton property.I hope management addresses both noise enforcement and how guest concerns are handled during overnight hours.
