    The hotel was very clean,and had a friendly atmosphere,the security was top noch. Also very friendly toward dogs,even had complimentary dog treats.I highly recommended staying here weather,with your furry friend,or to be at a central location for you touring adventures.SA.

    Excellent location for a trip to Universal and Hollywood - just blocks from the metro and near convenient bus lines (including the weekday bus from Burbank Airport). We rented a car for the last day of our stay and the parking was safe (there is a security guard) and affordable ($15). Plentiful breakfast. Enjoyable pool. The coin laundry ($1 for wash and $1 for dry - quarters only - with $1.50 detergent available at the front desk) was a major plus. Delicious taco truck nearby. Would definitely stay again!

    Great staff. Went above and beyond. Had some bad experience with a third party travel company, but the staff at the Hampton was able to straighten it out for me. Excellent customer service! Clean room. The area it’s in is sketchy, but it’s not like I’m walking around the neighborhood, plus I wasn’t here for that, but for Universal Studios. If you don’t mind the neighborhood, I highly recommend this hotel.

    From the moment I arrived Jason and the front desk team made sure I had everything necessary for a wonderful visit. The level of service is phenomenal. I needed plates and utensils and Jason saved me the trip to the lobby and delivered everything with extra towels. I’ve stayed in some high end hotels around the globe and I have to say the care and service here was faster and nicer.
