    So I have mixed feelings about this hotel. The facility is beautiful and the rooms are nice and quiet. The issue I have is with service. What airport hotel does not serve breakfast until 7;00am? Other Hampton Inns provide grab-n-go bags for their guests. The workout room was nice but half of the Nautilus machines were broken. Plus they piped in music and had 2 TVs blaring the Disney Channel with no way for guests to turn them off or change the channel. The pools looked nice but were over-crowded. The fridge only works for 2 hours.

    The staff were pleasant, the breakfast was decent and there was plenty of space to eat and sit in the lobby area. It is located within walking distance to stores and restaurants. I have no complaints about this hotel.

    I stayed here for two nights. It was incredibly loud. The hotel was being protested and I was awoken before 6am. The staff was not helpful or supportive. I do not recommend. This place has a very bad vibe.

    Convenient Location : Great Staff Horrible for SleepThe hotel is exceptionally convenient to Long Beach Airport , the staff is friendly and efficient .. but the bed and pillows are probably one of the worst experience I have had (I’m a Diamond member of both Hilton and Marriott so have hundreds of nights to compare too Starting with the bed broken down mattress , unequal wear side to side (had probably never been rotated or turned over was terrible sleeping exoerience .. this combined with all four pillows foam stuffing be broken down , lumpy made this the absolute worse night of sleep I have experienced in years any where. If you are looking for a good night sleep then stay somewhere else … If you do not care about a good night sleep and convenience is the priority - then this is a good choice
