    I’m writing this review as clearly some things have changed recently. We were checked in very efficiently by May who was exceptionally welcoming after our 11h flight from London. The hotel has clearly had a recent refresh and here’s what we noticed that was different to some of the reviews. - all corridors had new carpet and they still smelled new. - the rooms had new carpets, I think new beds and have been updated with new wall coverings (not the green you see in the pictures on here) and new curtains. - the TVs have also been replaced and we had a 55 inch TV, but note that it doesn’t have Netflix that you can log into like some other Hilton brands. - thick, fluffy new towels - refreshed breakfast area/lobby. The pool was good and the hot tub was hot. Breakfast was standard Hampton stuff - hot choices, muffins, breads, cereals, waffle makers etc. All staff were very helpful. They said on check in that they don’t offer cleaning other than on request, but over our four nights we opted to just ask for towels to be exchanged and more toilet paper - when we requested towels, they were in our room before we got there from reception and the toilet paper was handed over immediately with no fuss. It would be better for the hotel if they kept a stash of this stuff behind the counter. The parking was $15 a night, but is super secure and very easy to access from the front doors. That felt like good value. I don’t think we’d stay here as a base because of the area, we’d stay further south… but overall it was a good stay and we’d recommend it.

    Great motel, comfortable beds, pretty close to LAX, staff was very friendly, there’s McDonald across the street and a Taco Bell/ KFC walking distance, there are also other restaurants near here, just be careful if your surroundings while walking, breakfast was good they had alot to choose from Omelettes potatoes sausage oatmeal muffins cereal fruit

    I chose this hotel because two of our group were going to a game at SoFi stadium and I wanted a hotel where I could watch the game in the lobby until check-in time. We were able to park in the structure, watch in the lobby and finish the game in the room. Then I picked up our group and we went to eat. El Pollo Loco, Red Lobster, and Chilis nearby. Jacuzzi hot tub open until 10pm. Breakfast was great. I think parking $15/night.

    Good for short stay , near airport Pros: good location , close to airport (12min) & Sofi Stadium ( 8min or 45min walk) ,clean room , confortable bed, spacious bathroom, good air conditionning , staff is nice and helpfull .Breakfast was good and Hampton Inn ‘s standard. Smell in the room ( the rug ?) and no curtain to block the light in the morning ( i manage to close part of the side curtains a little with hair clips ), water pressure is weak.

    FALSE ADVERTISING - There was NO SHUTTLE. Website said they have free shuttle. Hilton Honors Rep booked our 3 day stay. Main requirement was that they offered a shuttle to and from LAX. Got their after 10 pm- NO SHUTTLE. Had to get a ride to the hotel. They stated they hadn't had a shuttle since COVID; that was over 4 years. Complained the next day. No help. Also complained about the room was dirty and had huge black flies- hair in the bed, shower, and sink. They never responded to my complaint didn't offer another room. Then after I complained to corporate they finally took changed their amenities in the website. No Shuttle, Room nasty, and dogs barking. WORST STAY IN A HILTON HOTEL EVER.
