    My cousin, son and I stayed here last week so my son could get to the airport the morning after. The rooms were nice and had everything we needed including a fridge and microwave. I do wish we had more than 2 pillows each because even though they were comfy, they went flat as soon as you put your head on them. We did go in the hot tub and it wasn't super hot but warm. In fact, we were the only ones at the pool the entire time which was nice. We were only about 10 minutes from LAX which was perfect. We did have a small issue with getting a roll-out bed, I guess they didn't have them which I guess was fine. My cousin and I had breakfast the following morning (complimentary) which was good. We had the eggs, bacon and sausage. The only thing that really threw us off was the parking. We had to use our room key to get into and out of parking and it never worked even though parking was included. We had to use the HELP button more times to admit. Rooms were great though, air condition worked and was perfect and would stay again. Elevator a tad slow but got us from point A to point B.     This used to be a great hotel many years ago as the model for Hilton franchisees. It contained an example room from each of the Hilton brands. Now it’s just a below average HGI with disinterested service. We got zero housekeeping service despite a 4 night stay. Breakfast service was pitiful, with overpriced food of poor quality. And $30 for parking per night is a rip off. The location, however is quite good.     Poor customer service

    We came to LA for 4 nights. The room was clean when we arrived and the bed was comfortable. When we checked in, I specifically asked about the parking and the lady helping me was nice and said that she would add it to our room. She told me that it was $55/ night. When we tried to leave to get dinner, our room key didn’t work the gate. Then the person said that we only paid for 1 night. That was only 1 hour after we checked in. So we got that sorted out. On the bathroom mirror there is a sticker that says that they only clean the room every other day during your stay. I don’t have a problem with that, but no one told us that we had to call and ask for service. We saw the cleaning crew on our floor that 2nd morning, so we left thinking they would be cleaning our room. When we got back that night it was not cleaned and all the dirty towels were still in the bathroom. When we called the front desk she gave us a hard time, but said someone would bring us fresh towels. Everyone made it sound like it was our fault that the room wasn’t cleaned, when we were never told that we had to call, and the sticker on the mirror states otherwise.     The Only Place to Stay in LA!

    This is our go-to whenever we travel to LA! It's so convenient and the staff is the best! I love the recent renovations and the amenities. The pool and hot tub are always a perfect addition to our stay and the restaurant is actually really great. Love their chicken wings! The location can't be beat.
