  This location was great for anyone who is looking for shopping and supermarkets withing walking distance. It is also close to Disneyland with a shuttle. The room was clean and inviting with a mini fridge and microwave which i made use of each day. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They do serve a continental breakfast which was really good . There was limited seating but you can take your food to the room as an option.As for getting around to exploring downtown LA, the Fullerton train station is about 7mins away via uber or bus .

  Perfect for a short Disney stay

  Perfect motel for a 1 night stay to go to Disneyland after getting a good night's sleep. Used my "free" anniversary night with my IHG credit card.Location was good although no you cannot walk to Disneyland. You are walking distance to Sprouts, Target, and some small eateries, and right off the 91. Short drive to Disneyland.Each person at the front desk was nice, kind, and helpful.Parking is complimentary and we were allowed to stay parked there after checkout which was appreciated. Breakfast wasn't the best, but acceptable considering it was included with the stay. A lot of carbs and meat. The eggs weren't normal scrambled eggs but some type of patty with stuff mixed it that seemed questionable lol. Coffee though was very good. Just had a yogurt (would recommend though that they get some plain yogurt because the ones they had all had fruit or vanilla in as it's extra sugar) and a piece of fruit.The motel includes a complimentary shuttle to Disneyland and back which I took advantage of. Note if you are looking to rope drop, you will want to find another way to get there as the first shuttle is at 7:30 AM so not enough time but it worked out well for me. This is great value when you think about it as it's $40 to park at Disneyland and the more affordable motels walking distance to the park are often gross and you have to pay to park there as well.Room was clean, water pressure was good in the shower, and having a fridge was nice to have as I had some leftover food from dinner (front desk staff was kind enough to allow me to store a to go box after check out which was very much appreciated).Only suggestions I have is that management respond to email as I tried to reach them before my stay a couple of time with zero response. Also breakfast could be better for an IHG property which is normally pretty good. I'd recommend hard boiled eggs, normal scrambled eggs, and home fries which I typically see at IHG properties.All in all, would easily return and recommend to other people.

  Musty Room, Close to Disney

  I chose this hotel because it was close to Disneyland, it was very affordable, and had good reviews. Check-in was quick, and the desk clerk was kind and professional. When I walked into the room, I should have gone back down to complain about the musty smell of the room. We were really tired from traveling, we had to get up early in the morning, and we were only staying two nights. We would be spending the next two days at the Disney parks, so we would really only be in the room to sleep. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The next day around noon while at Disneyland, I suddenly got a really bad sore throat. By midday, I started losing my voice. The next day, we checked out and went to another hotel that I already had reservations with. When I opened my luggage after leaving this hotel everything in my suitcase smelled musty. My son's entire wardrobe and his suitcase smelled musty as well. That same day, I went and took a covid test to make sure that I wasn't sick. It came back negative. The musty room caused some sort of infection in my throat. So, if you stay here, if the room smells musty, check the filter in the air conditioner. I didn't know this was possible until I read up on what was going on with my throat that you could do this in a hotel room air conditioner. I was in extreme pain for days. My throat felt like it was being cut up with razor blades. When I returned home, I was diagnosed with laryngitis more than likely being exposed to mold or bacteria. I am an IHG member, and I have stayed at many IHG properties, and some have been wonderful and some not so much. I just want to be honest about my experience. The staff was very kind, this property is a little tattered, it could use an update in some areas, but again it's very close to Disney, a good price, but if your room smells musty be sure to get another room.   Convenient base for Disneyland trip

  This was our base for the Disneyland California trip. Smooth checkin. Spacious rooms for a family of 4. Daily housecleaning service. Decent breakfast- what you would typically expect. Service till 9:30am. Shuttle service to Disney park - though we did not take it. Lyft was very inexpensive and convenient. They held our bags on day of checkout till late afternoon. They had plastic ware for use, when we brought in takeout food (plus point) Definitely recommend

  My family and I have stayed here four times for a Disneyland trip and it’s always been great. Bfast is decent, rooms clean, staff helpful. We’ve even booked 3 rooms at a time and never an issue. We never have to worry about anything here which is why this is our go to hotel.
