    Booked the hotel a month in advance and asked if the conference room will be available. They said they will check and get back to me. Never heard back. Upon my visit, the conference room was not being used but we were unable to use it?Checking in and checking out, no front desk attendant. Received a random $150 surcharge with no receipt or explanation after the room has already been paid for. Tried reaching out and never heard back.Usually don’t leave bad reviews, but this was a very unpleasant experience.     Hotel is amazing. I love the old Spanish style with modern amenities. Ricky at the front desk was friendly, super helpful and made all of feel comfortable. He answered all our questions and took care of everything we needed. Rooms were super clean, updated and love all the electrical plugs. We will def be back!

    Nice clean room with good housekeeping service. Great conference room for scrapbooking retreat. Easy to load and unload. Would happily attend again.

    Here for a weekend craft retreat. Excellent hotel! The staff was very friendly and our room was very comfortable. Close to the 5 freeway and the Outlet Center was less than a mile away, though we did not check it. Breakfast was good and all day coffee and tea was a nice bonus.
