The hotel is centrally located near all of Southern California's main attractions around Los Angeles and Orange County, with Knott's Berry Farm, Anaheim Convention Center, STC Anaheim GardenWalk, Crypto.com Arena, Universal Studios, Huntington Beach and the Honda Center all just minutes away. The centre of Anaheim, Disneyland and Los Cerritos Center are all around 13 km from the hotel and Hollywood/Beverly Hills is roughly 40 km away. Guests will find restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity and New Port Beach is approximately 45 km away.

Facility

13 junior suites, 14 suites, 135 single rooms and 116 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a supermarket. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. A safe and a desk are also available. Additional features include a refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. There is also an ironing set and a trouser press. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

A dip in the refreshing outdoor pool is not to be missed. Even on grey days, guests can always go for a swim in the indoor pool.     Average Stay at Best and Bring Ear Plugs!

    I’ve stayed here 2 separate times as we were transitioning to this area. Hotel is ok and nothing special. In a very busy-industrial part of La Mirada right off the 5 so you can imagine the traffic it brings. Location is great to get to surrounding parks and the 5 but this hotel sits right next to a truck company and with both stays I heard trucks/shipping containers all night long. Bring ear plugs! Hotel has kind of a “funky” vibe as well as I noticed dirt/grime in the top layer of the bathroom and areas that likely get missed on cleaning……PROS:-Location-easy on and off to 5 Freeway and places such as Disney/ Knott’s.-Across the street Chic Fil A and walking distance to In and Out Burger.-There is a Charge Point next door for EV Cars.-Hotel restaurant is good.CONS:-Noise … 2 separate experiences with lots of noise from next door trucking company.-Slow elevators. These elevators are seriously the slowest I have ever encountered!-Rooms had some grime and dirt. Would I stay here again (3rd time)….. Only reason why I stayed the second time was we were moving into our home and was in need of a place to stay as our home was being renovated. I would look elsewhere next time.     Great hotel until they started charging for parking.

    Excellent rooms. Close to Disney parks but away from the really crowded areas. Was very convenient for our stay. Breakfast was good as well as dinner at the restaurant Only problem now is they got greedy and charge for parking. Unfortunately probably our last stay at this hotel.     Truly beautiful hotel the staff are so helpful so attentive. We stayed to celebrate my sons birthday from England and were helped by a lady called Miriam who is an absolute asset to the company. The front desk staff and the restaurant staff were all truly amazing and made my stay very enjoyable. I can not praise this hotel enough if you are ever coming to stay in LA. Stay here! You will not be disappointed at all. THIS IS THE ONLY FORM OF CONTACT WE HAVE***Terrifying Experience, No Answers from ManagementI’ve been a loyal customer of Holiday Inn for over 10 years, but after my recent stay, I will never return. My family and I arrived at the Holiday Inn after a long day at Knott’s on Monday, September 30th, and what unfolded over the next two days was nothing short of traumatic.On Tuesday, we discovered that two Nintendo Switch consoles had been stolen from our room while we were away. The doors were always closed, yet somehow, someone had entered our room. Despite the professionalism and empathy of the manager, Victor Caceres, there were no security cameras in the hallways, and the room had no safe. There was no explanation as to how someone could have entered our room, and the fear that we might have been inside when it happened still haunts us.The hotel seemed to have no answers, and the insurance company’s dismissive response only made things worse. The entire experience has left my family afraid to ever stay at a Holiday Inn again.Think twice before you stay here—someone may come into your room, steal your property, or worse, harm you while you’re inside. The hotel will have no answers as to how it happened.*****UPDATE REPLY TO OWNER*****Dear Owner,Thank you for taking the time to respond to my review. While I appreciate the effort to address my concerns, I must reiterate that this situation has left my family and me feeling unsafe and deeply distressed. The fact that the lock interrogation report showed no other key use does not diminish the reality of what we experienced—the missing items and the sense that our security was compromised.Furthermore, I have repeatedly requested the contact information for you or your superiors from the manager, but my requests have been ignored. This lack of transparency has only heightened my frustration and unease. I believe more should be done to address guest concerns beyond simply stating that the evidence does not support my claims, especially considering that there are no hallway cameras and no safes in the rooms.What concerns me even more is that, just one week after our terrifying experience, someone reached out to me through one of my reviews. She is currently staying at your hotel and reported that her Louis Vuitton purse was stolen from her room. She mentioned that management told her the same things we were told, and yet, there were no answers as to how it happened.
