    THIS IS A HOMELESS SHELTER. Do not book it even though it is still listed in Orbitz and hotels.com. We booked on Orbitz and there are even new reviews saying how good it is but we pulled up and there was a guard at the gate explaining this was turned into a homeless shelter months ago by the City

    nice, clean , good location, only no security, at night when you arrive and a homeless outside need to your room.

    I did not have any problems after check in. The room was fine andI like that you need a key to enter the elevator or stairs. The only problem I had was that I was not able to check in when I arrived. There was a sign on the window that said they weretaking a “short break” and would return at 6:01. It was 5:30 when we arrived so we had to wait 30 minutes. On the website it said we can check in anytime between 3:00 and 10:30. I understand that employees need breaks but this should be listed.

    A good place to live like home. The lady of reception is very friendly to me. The room is clean and Best place to live.the location is closed to the airport. The service of food and entertainment is well served. I will book it when I get here next time.

    Jazmine was very helpful served us very well she was very polite and helpful assisted us very very well would come back here anytime. The staff was very sweet and customer service was great. The building is very clean and very respectful I would recommend anyone to this hotel. Very very very very very very very nice to us
