    Payment policy needs to be improved, I have 4 bank accounts and all are virtual banks. Wouldn't accept any of mine or my husband's cards.

    We have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the past 2 years but feel that it has gone downhill during our 2 most recent stays. Staff are always very pleasant and friendly. Our room had been deep cleaned before our stay, at our request, due to a number of animal and food allergies. We were told this had been done, however when we got to the room, the carpet was soaking wet and left such a black layer of dirt on our socks that we went out and bought sliders to wear in the room for our stay to avoid having to walk on it directly again. There was a lot of pet hair still evident on the carpet despite it having been “deep cleaned”. We did communicate this to the gentleman on front desk the next morning, who was planning to speak to a supervisor/manager, but nothing was followed up with us. So disappointing, we will not be staying here again as a result.

    So far the Best hotel in US, I like Wensday Evenings and a pool. But Staff is not responding to any complines, about lack of something in the room. The pool is not Boeing clean to often and most of the Time have a lot of hairs insider which look grose. 4 stars because of that, was very good.

    The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful.I am disappointed in the mattresses. The ones in our room are worn out and not at all comfortable. Very disappointing .The room is clean but can see that it has had heavy traffic. Overall, good stay.

    Amazing Long Beach Hotel with Even More Amazing Staff

    Homewood Suites Long Beach is amazing! We've stayed here multiple times and they have been excellent to work with. They always go over the top to create a wonderful experience. They are always clean, have great rooms, and the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied. The Wed night receptions are great as well if you're here on a Wed. The staff is super knowledgeable about the area too and has great recommendations!
