    Visiting colleges with my son. Stayed here for two nights. Extremely friendly staff, clean rooms, and nice workout facility/pool. Very close to In N Out, Beach, and the Freeway. Best thing is the breakfast. Yasmine and Francisco are amazing. Their chicken and pork carnitas are sensational. Highly highly recommend.     Really nice, comfortable stay!!

    This was a really nice hotel. Judging from the fixtures and the hotel quality, my guess is that it's fairly new. Alejandro checked me in and he was SO nice!! That's how you can tell if a hotel is fairly new, the carpet is still plush and the people at the front desk are nice. I loved my one-bedroom suite. It was so clean and comfortable. And yes, there actually were a good amount of kitchenware in the kitchen. Unlike other hotels with kitchens where you get like 2 spoons and a can opener. The pool and hot tub were very popular, and so was the breakfast the next morning. They have great hot items, BUT it's packed!! So be patient. Alejandro checked me out the next morning with a smile too. I would definitely stay here again!!

    Good but lacked attention to detail

    This hotel has the potential for 5 stars but unfortunately our stay was made disappointing by the lack of attention to detail. We were a family of three, myself plus my two children so as three were booked into the room you would have thought they would realise that the sofabed would be needed - no. When we arrived at the room it wasn't set up, which was fine as we may have wanted to the sofa's first. We pulled the bed out to find there was no bedding. This bed was uncomfortable and when they did bring the bedding up it was a single sheet, pillow and a blanket for a duvet. I did expect a full duvet.Then we went to have showers and found out that we only had two bath towels. Again we rang the front desk as we had for the bedding and they said a towel would be sent up but this never arrived. We shared towels and then collected some from the front desk the following morning but I couldn't help but feel disappointed by the lack of attention to detail. The other strange thing was that the hottub/whirlpool was really cold and yet the main pool was too hot for swimming in. If felt like there was a maintenance issue with the heated water being sent to the wrong pool?The hotel was clean, breakfast was good (maybe another 2 waffle machines would be an idea) and I would recommend everything else to do with the hotel other than this lack of attention to the number staying in the room.     We stayed for three nights with my mother and my daughter, and it was a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Our TV was not working at first, but the staff replaced it immediately, which we really appreciated.We chose a room on the first floor, and it turned out to be very convenient since we had been shopping and were carrying many bags so being on the first floor made everything much easier. The hotel has a pool, a jacuzzi, and a small basketball court, which is nice for children and families.Breakfast was very good, served daily until 9 a.m. and until 10 a.m. on weekends. There were plenty of options and the service was nice, although it can get crowded on weekends. The location is also excellent about 10 minutes from LAX.     Terrible ac unit no windows no nothing

    Paid for a room just for the ac not to work and for it to be hot all night called the front desk and Nelson didn’t/cloudnt help me this was a terrible experience and waste of money never again!
